This moto rental service was recommended and ordered at hotel. Transfer from the hotel was included. Very straightforward communication, rented bikes for 4 days. The staff was friendly and kind, they even remind you to take a photos of the bike before renting for possible problems. The return was quick and without any problems. The bike was with a full gas tank, which we prefer, it's simpler than the 'return with the same level of gas' policy. The deposit was returned almost immediately. Our bike was a Honda PCX 125cc 35k km

Everything went just perfect. I called them and on the same day and rented a 500cc honda cbx with free helmets. In comparison to other rentals (I called many on this day), this one was the cheapest and most uncomplicated. Staff was very nice and kind. Would Definitely come again, thanks for the lovely service!

Rented twice off of these guys and found them to be an honest trustworthy family business. First hire was for a 9 person minibus for 1 day, usually 2day minimum but allowed 1 day for EUR20 euro surplus. All in EUR120 euro no deposit. which is by far far the cheapest way to travel to Siam park. Delivered at my hotel 8.30am on the dot as promised. 2nd rental Suzuki vstrom 650cc motorcycle. The bike was EUR80 euros +EUR600 deposit. Expected for bike hire. The bike was full of petrol and the same was expected on return. The bike was in extremely good condition and well maintained. We took the bike all over the mountains and villages and had a brilliant day. Returned the bike later that evening in the same condition we took it. All was great. Deposit back in my account the next morning. Very simple to hire with great staff. Great reliable vehicles. Thankyou

Avoid this company. Paid in advance but when arriving the next day they didn't have the bike. Ended up getting a smaller bike but for the same price as the promised one. The lady at the desk did not even try to communicate in English. Terrible service, you will get a much better experience from some other rental company.

Based on previous reviews, I was a bit worried but my experience was far better than expected. I got a better new car than expected and the staff was lovely. the sales person was nice and ready to give advice on where to go for sightseeing. The lady at the reception and the guy managing the cars only speak Spanish so this forces you to learn the local language of the country you're visiting ;)

Even though we replaced the car (the first one had an air conditioning failure), I still think that the rental company in our case deserves 5 stars. The car was parked in front of the hotel and picked up from outside the hotel, which is a big plus for me. Just replacing the car without any problems or unnecessary questions. We received the car with half a tank and it was returned in the same condition. I can recommend this rental company with a clear conscience. Finally, I would like to add that you had to provide your credit card number. No deposit for the car.

We rented a 300cc Honda scooter for seven days. Everything went very well, very friendly staff. The scooter was great, the deposit was transferred immediately after it was returned. There was a locked garage space for the night and two well-fitting helmets were also included. What more could you want? A mishap happened to us, in the middle of the mountains we accidentally locked the ignition keys under the bench, the day of vacation seemed to be gone... But no, we were helped immediately by an employee who brought us the spare key. After all, a one-way trip takes about 30 minutes. The day of vacation was saved! Very nice! Hello, via the Panoramica garden hotel where we were staying I managed to book at 7 p.m. the day before May 1st. They were closed but someone came to give me the motorbike and do the formalities on the 1st at 9am. It was my 43rd birthday present, heading to the Teide cable car and the ascent! The roads are sublime going up towards Orotava to the park. Bitumen is billiards. I will not forget this day. Thank you MJ99!

I had the opportunity to rent a 125cc scooter there last year. Everything went well, I was even picked up from the hotel. Very nice staff! The scooter was in excellent condition, very new and well maintained. The helmet was also as good as new, the visor without any scratches. Ill be back on the island this fall and will rent a scooter there again.
