Had multiple experiences with Insular. Very friendly people, good cars for affordable price.
Very nice service, flexible hours when returning the car which is amazing. Cheap to rent, and no hassle even though im a fairly young driver (20 years old) the car provided was far from luxurious but we rented it last minute so its to be expected, it got us from point A to point B without a hassle so I can't complain. Would definitely rent again if I'm in the area
Our transfer bus to Siam park didn't turn up so we urgently needed to hire a car to get there. Insular Auto were very helpful and very friendly! We loved that there was no pressure to return the car at a certain time on the day.
10/10 experience. Carlos was extremely helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. Gave us a long list of recommendations on the island with a detailed map too. 2 young drivers (21yrs) wasn't a problem either. Would definitely rent a car from them again.
Matched the best price in town and top-notch service! So nice to be able to be flexible when returning the car! A little struggle with our AC in the car but otherwise great experience.
Easy and hassle free service. Rented small car for two days 40 euros per day. No deposit or credit card was needed, I paid in cash. Cars mileage was pretty high and car had dents and scratches, but it was ok for me, less stress on steep and narrow roads.
We went and had the Ford Ka which, although lacking a bit of umph, was perfectly adequate for our needs and climbed to the base of Mount Teide with little drama. The guys running the place were more than helpful as we wanted the car on the same day as arriving. It did have a few drawbacks I.e. Broken mirror adjustment and lacking much power but we still had an amazing day which would not have been possible without Insualr Auto!! They also allowed us to leave the car at the hotel so we could use it late into the night. Couldn't be happier
The car rental was OK. We didn't have any reservation and still were able to get a car (Ford Ka). The price was slightly better than in some other car rental company + you can pay in cash with additional deposit. The man at the desk didn't talk too much English, but I was able to understand all the informations/answers. As for the car, we received it with completely empty tank. It's condition was average. On the outside there are multiple scratches/bends. Check engine was on, adjustment of left mirror was broken + the mirror was terrible. Completely flat, so I couldn't see much in it. Tires are from 2017. The air conditioning was working OK. The interior of the car looked pretty ok as for 218k km of milage.
