Update 10/7/24: Europcar is not interested in any solution!! In contact with Europcar for months. I keep being put off and now they say I used the voucher incorrectly!! What nonsense, how can you use it incorrectly? Hand it in and youre done. Sad for a company like Europcar. __________________________________________ There Keddy is in unity at the Europcar office. Everything went surprisingly quickly, I handed in the voucher for a car from Keddy and was then given a certificate as a receipt for the car, which I signed. Unfortunately this was a new contract with Europcar for EUR 118.47 instead of with Keddy for EUR 69.63 as booked. The employee simply threw away the Keddy voucher!! Yes, I signed that without reading it carefully, but that could just be a scam and a rip-off!!

Abgeben und fertig.Traurig fur ein Unternehmen, wie Europcar. __________________________________________ Dort ist Keddy in Einheit im Europcar-Buro. Es ging alles uberraschend schnell, ich habe den Voucher fur ein Auto von Keddy abgegeben und mir wurde dann noch eine Bescheinung als Quittung fur das Auto hingelegt, die ich unterschrieben habe. Leider war dies ein neuer Vertrag mit Europcar fur 118,47 EUR statt wie gebucht mit Keddy fur 69,63 EUR. Den Keddy-Voucher hat der Mitarbeiter einfach weggeworfen!! Ja ich hab das unterschrieben, ohne es genau zu lesen, aber das kann nur Masche und Abzocke sein!!

Oder zum Fahrzeug begleitet damit man das richtige Fahrzeug auch schnell findet ( kleiner Parkplatz direkt vorm Buro) und eventuelle Fragen zum Fahrzeug klaren konnte (Bsp. Einstellung Sitzposition oder Bedienung Touchscreen/Luftung etc.) Beim Einbau des gebuchten Kindersitzes wurde auch nicht geholfen. Man wird mehr oder weniger sich selbst uberlassen.

We were very satisfied. We booked the car online at home. Picking up was very uncomplicated and we even got a better car without paying extra.
