We planned a trip and wanted to rent a car. The worker made everything ready so that we could just pay and take the car next day. The next day they brought us to the main building but told us that they forgot to put the insurance cost innit (bc under the age of 25 you need to py also for the insurance, but no one told us that when we made the deal and signed the contract). They wanted to put that cost in the contract AFTER we signed it and told us about a deposit cost, what we ALSO didn't know. They ruined our whole plan with that and thought we would still take it.. They need to show those prices or tell us before they let us sign the contract. This company is not good in my opinion for this.

I have been traveling to the islands for many years and I have always booked the car with them, they give you the best price and they always respond if you have any problems, they work great, I will always rent the car with them no matter which island I go to.

Very kind staff. Be careful, however, to avoid Fiat Pandas which are not suitable for the roads of Tenerife. It is even very dangerous on slopes. The company provided us with another, much more suitable car. Thanks to them. No deposit. The prices are very affordable.

We previously booked a rental car online for 7 days. Pick up without any problems, tank 3/4 full. Employee friendly. Unfortunately, the fuel gauge was broken when we handed it over. The tank was half full before refueling and would have needed approx. 12 liters to reach a level of 3/4, but unfortunately the fuel needle hardly moved at all. When the fuel pump switched off after 25 liters because the tank was full, the needle had just reached 3/4. Goodwill nil. Serious and customer-friendly is different. This can ruin the impression, so I cant recommend the company.

Der Tank war halb voll vor dem tanken und hatte bis zu einem Fullstand von 3/4 ca. 12 Liter benotigt, die Tanknadel bewegte sich leider aber fast gar nicht. Als die Zapfsaule nach 25 Litern dann abschaltete, da der Tank voll war, hatte die Nadel die 3/4 gerade so erreicht. Kulanz Fehlanzeige. Serios und Kundenfreundlich geht anders. So kann man den Eindruck halt auch kaputt machen, sodass ich das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

We booked a convertible with this provider for a total of two days. Unfortunately, this vehicle was in very poor technical condition. This was particularly noticeable when driving in the serpentines on the way to/back from Teide. The tires were all almost completely worn out, so that there were very dangerous situations in the serpentines during a rain shower, which, thank God, ended easily because I counter-steered in time. Furthermore, the entire track was adjusted, i.e. the steering wheel was completely crooked. The automatic transmission also shifted very jerkily. When returning the rental car, the employee was informed in English about the poor condition of the vehicle...especially about the worn tires, but he didnt seem to be interested in that...and referred to a colleague who wasnt there. We would no longer rent a vehicle there because at least ours was in very poor technical condition.

Wir hatten fur insgesamt zwei Tage ein Cabrio bei diesem Anbieter gebucht. Leider war dieses Fahrzeug in einem sehr schlechten technischen Zustand. Dies fiel insbesondere bei Fahrten in den Serpentinen auf dem Weg zum/ zuruck vom Teide auf. Die Reifen waren allesamt fast blank abgefahren, so dass es in den Serpentinen bei einem Regenschauer zu sehr gefahrlichen Situationen gekommen ist, die Gott sei Dank durch das rechtzeitige Gegenlenken noch glimpflich ausgegangen war. Weiterhin war die gesamte Spur verstellt, sprich das Lenkrad stand komplett schief. Weiterhin schaltete das Automatikgetriebe sehr ruckelhaft. Bei der Ruckgabe des Mietwagens wurde der Mitarbeiter in englischer Sprache uber den schlechten Zustand des Fahrzeugs informiert...besonders uber die abgefahrenen Reifen, allerdings schien ihn das nicht weiter zu interessieren....und verwies auf einen Kollegen, welcher nicht anwesend war. Wir wurden dort kein Fahrzeug mehr mieten, weil zumindest unsers in einem sehr schlechten technischen Zustand gewesen ist.

This agency deserves 0 stars, the treatment has been very bad. They talk to you in a bad way, and on top of that they dont explain the excursions to you as they really are. They explain what their prices are and nothing more. I am not going to make the mistake of taking more excursions with this agency. I dont recommend it at all.

They are a company of 10, I am a regular customer of theirs, every month I have to travel to Tenerife and they are always my first choice for mobility, cars in very good condition and excellent cleanliness. All the staff you deal with are going to be exquisite, in my case specifically I have been lucky enough to always be assisted by Davinia and there cannot be a more diligent, attentive, efficient and kind employee than her (in case anyone reads this superior, take care of good employees like Davinia). I have quite exquisite tastes when it comes to cars, I am quite used to Mercedes and they are practically always able to provide me with one even when I have made the request at short notice. 100% recommendable much more than CICAR or Sixt for example, here you know from the first moment what you are going to pay (they dont wait for you with scares at the airport) and you have a much closer treatment than with other companies.

Tengo gustos bastante exquisitos en cuanto a coches se refiere, estoy bastante acostumbrado a Mercedes y practicamente siempre son capaces de proporcionarme uno aun cuando he realizado la solicitud con poca antelacion. Recomendables al 100% mucho mas que CICAR o Sixt por ejemplo, aqui sabes desde el primer momento lo que vas a pagar (no te esperan con sustos en el aeropuerto) y tienes un trato mucho mas cercano que con otras empresas.
