Wir haben fur funf Tage einen Wagen gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Preis war angemessen und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

In the beginning he showed us trust by just putting the key by the van for us to pick it up after hours without signing anything. We rented a van with a full care package, so no matter what happens we are covered. After we gave the van back he claimed there are new damages on the already very damaged van. Unfortunately we didn't take pictures. He threatened us that the full care package doesn't cound because we didn't tell him about the "new damages" and he is ready to take "legal actions" if we dont pay a extra free. You see his trick here? In the end it was just 75 eur more but still left a sour taste and took 2 stars off the rating.

Everything went fine with the rent! I can recommend. The car was new and in very good condition.
Wir hatten im 3 Jahre hintereinander jeweils ein tolles, zuverlassiges Auto von BAHIA Renta Car. Es hat IMMER alles super geklappt, von der Ubernahme bis zur Ubergabe am Nord Flughafen. Dieses Jahr war unser Aufenthalt durch eine Super Ferienwohnung , vom gleichen Besitzer (man muss ihn einfach nur einmal fragen) abgerundet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, kpl. mit ALLEM ausgestattet , hatte Poolbenutzung, seitlichen Meerblick und Strandnahe. Der Komplettpreis war sehr angepasst. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Wendler war hervorragend! Jede kleine Frage wurde sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Wir haben sofort fur 2024 gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr!
We have had a great, reliable car from BAHIA Renta Car for 3 years in a row. Everything ALWAYS worked out great, from the takeover to the handover at North Airport. This year our stay was rounded off by a great holiday apartment, from the same owner (you just have to ask him once). The apartment was very clean, complete. Equipped with EVERYTHING, use of the pool, partial sea view and proximity to the beach. The complete price was very adjusted. The support from Mr. Wendler was excellent! Every little question was answered immediately to our complete satisfaction. We booked immediately for 2024 and are really looking forward to it!
Unfortunately the worst experience in Tenerife.
This is a vey god company with good and reasonable prices for well maintained cars. The people are alvays helpful and serviceminded. I can recomend this company.
