My first 1-star review... I make sure not to give them out easily, cause there are real businesses I can hurt, but in this case I'm not sure if the owner himself cares about the business. I tried to walk into their office during opening hours - closed. I wrote an e-mail query - no response. I tried to call them, they did not answer - ones I had a one-ringer, but when I called back couple of seconds later - no response. 15 minutes after the requested pickup time I got an e-mail saying only "NO POSSIBLE SORRY". There are more reliable places around to spend your money in.

Very nice service, the car came clean and was what we expected. We left our sunglasses in the car when we returned the car, the nice employee drove back to our hotel to give it back to us. Highly recommend this rental place for good, quick and honest service.

We got the 9 sitter car for the while family. The driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel. You need driver licence and an ID. You can pay by card or by cash. Cars are usually 1/4 fuelled. English is OK.

They were late in delivering the vehicle. They dont have an office, they make you sign the documentation on a bench in the airport parking lot. The person who served us, in addition to arriving late, was super unfriendly and rude. Dirty car on the outside, but especially on the inside. The best thing is the return, you have to leave the car parked in the airport parking lot, open, with the keys under the seat. We sent them photos to show them that we had already returned it and as of today (1 week later), they have not even responded to us.

La persona que nos atendio, ademas de llegar tarde, super antipatica y mal educada. Coche sucio por fuera, pero sobre todo por dentro. Lo mejor la devolucion, tienes que dejar aparcado el coche en el parking del aeropuerto, abierto, con las llaves debajo del asiento. Les mandamos fotos para mostrarles que ya lo habiamos devuelto y a dia de hoy (1 semana despues), ni nos han contestado.

We booked the Golf through TUI. The lady at the reception spoke German without an accent and was very friendly. The service was uncomplicated, quick and professional. The rental car really served us well: whether on the Teide tour, in the Anaga Mountains, in narrow streets in Santa Cruz... At the end we were able to park the car at our hotel and hand in the keys at the hotel reception: really practical! The whole thing was okay in terms of price, so I would choose the car rental again at any time, we were very satisfied.

We rented our rental car from this provider via TUIcars. We were picked up from the hotel on time and were given the car and all the information in the store by an employee who spoke good German.
