Alquile un coche en verano, con seguro a todo riesgo pero con franquicia, hasta ahi todo bien. Tuvimos un roce con el coche y no habia partes del seguro ni nos facilitaron ningun tipo de informacion al contactar por telefono. Al devolver el coche nos cobraron 300 euros por el arreglo, nos pasaron una factura sacada basicamente de internet sin apenas informacion y al solicitar la poliza del seguro para ver las condiciones se negaron completamente. Senalar que su empleada Dania es la persona mas borde con la que he tratado en mi vida dando a entender cosas que no tiene ni idea porque no conoce la vida de los demas, y faltando el respeto por correo. Una cosa es que deis vuestas razones y se hablen las cosas bien y otra es tratar a un cliente de irresponsable e intentar quedar como si fuerais la mejor empresa de alquiler por encima de muchas otras. Espero que algun dia esta persona cambie las formas de tratar con los demas porque deja mucho que desear.
I rented a car in the summer, with comprehensive insurance but with excess, so far so good. We had a collision with the car and there were no insurance details nor did they provide us with any type of information when contacting us by phone. When we returned the car they charged us 300 euros for the repair, they gave us an invoice basically taken from the internet with hardly any information and when we requested the insurance policy to see the conditions they completely refused. Point out that your employee Dania is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life, implying things that she has no idea about because she doesn't know the lives of others, and disrespecting emails. It is one thing to give your reasons and talk things through and another is to treat a client as irresponsible and try to appear as if you were the best rental company above many others. I hope that one day this person changes the ways of dealing with others because he leaves a lot to be desired.
Servicio excelente y sin complicaciones innecesarias. Flexibilidad de recogida y entrega del vehiculo. Personal amable y atento. 100% recomendable. Repetiremos la proxima vez que volvamos a Tenerife.

Brilliant car hire. Friendly staff, very good service and you can park the car at the yard over night if needed. Good range of cars. 2 drivers as standard and unlimited mileage. They were great with my girlfriend when I was taken ill & she needed to return the car (which we had left near a beach) They took her to it, then they only charged a nominal amount for fuel to fill the car back up. Brilliant service
I had a car for 7p for a few days with Auto plaza and there was not a single problem with the service or the Car which was modern and all we needed. Easy pick up at the airport as the car was waiting when we arrived (all paid in advance). Everything was explained and you can exchange with them during the trip at anytime. Moreover we had small incident as a rock crashed in our windshield and made an impact on the 2nd day but I didn't pay any extra for it as it was all covered in the location service. Also, easy to give back the car you don't lose anytime with for formalities which for me is the best. I would highly recommend their services and and use it again myself if I am back ! Many thanks!
Servicio impecable. Todas las dudas me la resolvieron con antelacion y me trajeron el coche al hotel. No teniamos que dejar un gran deposito por tener 22 anos y ademas al momento de dejar el coche ya teniamos la fianza depositada. Lo mejor de todo, el precio, de los mas economicos que se pueden encontrar. El coche muy limpio y comodo. Repetiria sin duda.
Impeccable service. All my doubts were resolved in advance and they brought the car to the hotel. We didn't have to leave a large deposit because we were 22 years old and also when we left the car we already had the deposit deposited. Best of all, the price, one of the cheapest that can be found. The car is very clean and comfortable. I would repeat without a doubt.
These guys are brilliant. They gave me a car last minute after I was let down by cicar. They even delivered it to my apartment and collected from my apartment. The car was great. It was a quick and easy process and I will use them again and recommend to everybody I know that goes to tenerife.
Everything perfect. We had a car for 2 days, 50 EUR, you can also get cheaper tickets for some attractions. They bring the car to the hotel! Very nice lady at the reception and fast booking procedure.
