Estoy saliendo de Tenerife con la peor de las sensaciones, lo que tuvo que haber sido un fin de semana maravilloso acabo siendo un desastre que pudo haber terminado en tragedia. En el Hotel Magec donde me hospedaba, me recomendaron Autos Bert Car para comprar las entradas y traslado a Siam Park, el servicio incluia entradas de 1 adulto y 1 nino (42 y 30 ), asi como traslado privado hotel-parque(42,50 ). El autobus que nos recogio en el hotel nada mas iniciar el recorrido para buscar a otros usuarios, por falta absoluta de organizacion con respecto al punto de encuentro, dejo tirados a una excursion de 21 adultos y ninos y otro grupo de otro hotel aledano, la guia encargada no hizo absolutamente nada por contactar con las personas, solo se limitaba a retrasar la espera aun sabiendo que habia descoordinacion con respecto al sitio de recogida; con lo cual acabamos saliendo 1 hora mas tarde. Al empezar las quejas de los presentes se inicio la marcha, avanzado un trayecto y sin explicacion alguna el autobus se detuvo en una recta completamente fuera de la via, la guia y el chofer no nos informaban de nada y la gente empezo a preocuparse, llego otro autobus y nos hicieron hacer trasbordo del bus 318 al 440 porque no les compensaba llevarnos en un autobus tan grande a los menos de 10 pasajeros que habiamos. Los que venian en grupo tuvieron que sentarse separados donde pillaran asiento. Las quejas no faltaron y sobre todo el miedo de estar parados en medio de la nada sin explicacion. La hora de llegada asegurada a Siam Park debia ser antes de las 10:00, acabamos llegando sobre las 11:00. Tiempo perdido de estar en el parque del que Autos Bert Cars no se hizo responsable. Al regreso, debido al cambio de autobus, chofer y guia, la lista del bus 318 donde originalmente estabamos, por lo visto no fue tomada en cuenta dejandonos tirados a varios. La hora acordada de salida era a las 17:30, segun informacion de un empleado de Siam Park (Responsable de la organizacion del estacionamiento), el chofer al comprobar en su lista que estaban todos, marcho minutos antes. Con lo cual habria verificado solo la lista del segundo autobus el 440. En eso que el autobus viene de hacer el trayecto de cambio de sentido en la rotonda cercana, corremos mi hija y yo hacia la avenida para hacerle senas y gritar para que parase, el chofer giro para vernos, encoger los hombros y dejarnos tiradas. Mi hija pequena y yo nos vimos a 100 kilometros de distancia de nuestro hotel, en completa indefension de posibilidades de transporte de retorno, pues un taxi nos cobraba una altisima cantidad de la que no disponia. Con la ayuda del mencionado empleado del parque, acabamos haciendo auto stop para regresar; pidiendo el favor a otros autobuses privados para que nos llevasen hacia Puerto de la Cruz, finalmente despues de 1 hora y media, una excursion accedio a llevarnos en su autobus. Al dejarnos en un punto de Puerto de la Cruz, mediante Google Maps pudimos llegar andando hasta el hotel siendo ya de noche. El propietario de Auto Bert Cars sabiendo desde el minuto 1 todo lo que nos ocurrio una vez el autobus paso a nuestro lado dejandonos tiradas, nunca hizo nada al respecto por contactar con el chofer del autobus para que nos recogiera, ni los dias posteriores para asumir responsabilidades y devolvernos el dinero. Bajo recomendacion de la Policia Local, gestionare queja formal ante la OMIC de Puerto de la Cruz mediante certificado electronico, ya que no solo se incumplio con el tiempo real de disfrute en Siam Park al llegar tarde, se suma la situacion de peligro que represento detenerse fuera de la via, hacer trasbordo sin previo aviso, pero sobre todo la indefension de mi hija menor y yo de regresar al hotel haciendo auto stop, cuando se supone que habia pagado una cantidad elevada por asegurar nuestro traslado hotel-parque y viceversa.
