This was the most surprising rental place I have been to so far. After being stood up by a more "exposed" rental company, I contacted Autos Berlin and got a car with a one day notice at a great price. It was a very well maintained and equipped car too. There is an option of after hours drop off, which is also cool.

Camilo, the attendant, is not very patient. I got a fairly decent deal, compared to other rental places. Word of advice (beware): found a great deal with a company called Goldcar; fairly good, but there is huge catch: if you pay with your credit card and the fairly large deposit (EUR1,100 in Europe), does not go through, they still charge you for the rental car, but you don't get the confirmation until the deposit gets charged. If the deposit charge does not go through, you won't be able to request a reimbursement for the rental charge (non refundable), so effectively you loose your money; they know that, so they will offer you to take one of their "peace of mind" insurance packages, but then the car rental rate is one of the most expensive ones in the market..... Therefore not quiet worth it.....

Booked online 26eur for a fiat 500s one day. They came and picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the office, signed contract and in literally 5 minutes we where out of there in a high quality fiat. No deposit which was very nice and full insurance :). Parked the car at our hotel and called them, they picked up the car and that was that. Extremely good service :) And FAR THE BEST CAR RENTAL FOR UNDER 23 YEAR OLDS :D Thanks for great service :)

We rented a car through Hotel Blue Costa Jardin. Someone from the agency picks us up from the hotel and transports us to the car rental office to conclude the contract, signing the contract takes 5mm. We paid 95 for 3 days for a Fiat Panda. The vehicles are in very good condition. Another important thing is full insurance for cars and there is no deposit. In addition, the staff is helpful and smiling.

Quelqu un de lagence vient nous chercher a lhotel et nous transporte au bureau de location de voitures pour conclure le contrat, la signature du contrat prends 5mm. Super uncomplicated transaction. Reserved a car online the evening before and went to the office at the agreed time the next morning to pick up the car. Payment (cash or card) upon collection, no advance payment necessary. Super friendly staff, the car was in perfect, almost new condition, very well maintained. When you return the car, you dont have to comply with the opening times; the key can be left in the office if no one is there. Anytime again, I can only recommend!!!

Super unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Am Abend vorher uber das Internet ein Auto reserviert, am nachsten Morgen zur verabredeten Uhrzeit ins Buro gegangen um das Auto abzuholen. Bezahlung (bar oder mit Karte) bei Abholung, keine Vorauszahlung notwendig. Super freundliches Personal, das Auto war in perfektem fast schon neuwertigem Zustand, sehr gepflegt. Wenn man das Auto zuruck bringt, muss man sich nicht nach den Offnungszeiten richten, der Schlussel kann im Buro eingeworfen werden, falls niemand mehr vor Ort sein sollte. Jederzeit wieder, kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

We contacted them through the hotel where we were staying, they came to pick us up first thing the next day to take us to their offices and rent us a car. The treatment was very good, they were very friendly and without any problems. We took a Fiat Panda which, although it suffered a little on some slopes, didnt give us any problems. The cars do not have a warning triangle, first aid kit, safety vest, nor is there a copy of the vehicle registration document. The engines are small and the landlords mood is bad. Voltencar. Rented through the Hotel Bluesea. Someone from the garage will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the garage. Picked up from car Belin. Excellent. Unfortunately we had a collision, but everything was arranged very well. All-risk insurance, of course. Big compliment to car Berlin and Voltencar! Hit the road without worries. Costs 36 per day + 9 all-risk insurance. Close and good service.

The best rent a car I have ever used. The service was excellent! The place is without problem and there is no traffic. They treated us like kings. They gave us lots of advice on where to go etc. We really enjoyed the convertible car and it didnt give us any problems even if we took long trips! 100% recommended

The rental office is linked to the Chloe office 200m away. I rented from Chloe and picked up the car from Autos Berlin. There were no problems with the formalities and the car itself. A car from group D (Renault Clio) - a pretty cool car, it cant handle too much uphill (probably a small engine) and it cost 120 Euro for 2 days with full insurance in November 2022.

Very uncomplicated and cheap car rental. Within five minutes we had a car for 30 euros a day with fully comprehensive insurance and no deductible. It doesnt get any better. The staff was also very friendly.

First, the office had no idea about the prices or the deposit, as other prices appear on the website than on the office list. Second, the car was broken, fifth gear would not engage and was making noise. It was a very bad car. I had to go change the car the next day. How can it be that they havent realized? Third, on the last day I was going to leave the car at 7:45, but they called me an hour before saying they would close at 7. An hour earlier than normal, but I didnt have time to arrive before . I left the car next to the office and had to go to the office again to receive my deposit. What a mess. I complained and the man who was working in the office didnt even listen to me.
