This car rental company is recommended by us. After a flat tire, we immediately received a new car at no additional cost. Some employees speak German. Overall very friendly and helpful. Fully comprehensive insurance included in the rental price, the cars were clean, the car was brought to the hotel and picked up again there (Puerto de la Cruz). Top service.

We had a VW Polo 1.4 TSI (BlueMotion) with 95 HP and hill start assist, highly recommended in town! We covered almost 350km in three days without any problems. The car is parked near the station in a small garage with a door opener. The lady at the station was nice. The rental process was very uncomplicated. The rental station was always reachable via WhatsApp. The car was well maintained. We would use Auto Plaza again at any time.

Wir hatten (wie geordert) einen Seat Ibiza 1,4l bekommen (itzibitzi hab ich ihn getauft..) und es war alles bestens. Er hat die Strassen und ihre Verhaltnisse gut gemeistert. Der Service war super und ich wurde wieder dort mieten wenn ich auf der Insel bin. Ach ja, Parkplatz gabs fur 8 /Tag dazu und wir haben ihn auch genutzt weil er nur 100m entfernt von Hotel war.
