Vuokraaja selvitti asiat ja yksityiskohdat selkeasti ja ymmarrettavasti. Auto toimi hyvin ja oli hyva ajaa. Pystyimme yhdistamaan puhelimen auton tietoviihde jarjestelmaan ja navigaattori toimi sitten suomenkielella.

Vorteil: Unklompliziert und schnell Nachteil: Haben einen alten Wagen bekommen der, bei wenig Erfahrung, eher gefahrlich ware. Die bremsen blockierten trotz loslassens des Bremspedals. Wenn man keine Erfahrung mit Schrottkisten hat, sollte man die Finger von den Fiat lassen.

Mauvaise experience Je ne recommande pas dutout Nous avons louer la voiture pour 10j et nous avons change 3 fois de vehicule 1 er : voiture au bout de 20 min de route odeur bizarre embrayage qui lache et boite de vitesse + nous nous sommes faits engueule par le loueur Je demande un geste commercial on me dit CLAIREMENT NON!! alors que nous avons perdu une matinee a attendre la depannes 2 eme : voiture pas de climatisation perte de puissance 3 eme : voiture le parchoc tenais avec des lien en plastique Et je ne parle pas de l'etat de chaque vehicule il ne vaut pas avoir peur et ni etre regardant

To be honest, I had my doubts about this company due to some online reviews. However, we decided to give it a try. We initially wanted to rent a Dacia, but unfortunately, it was no longer available. Thankfully, we were provided with a car that matched our needs. The car drove perfectly and was equipped with air conditioning. We could easily connect to the radio via Bluetooth, which allowed us to enjoy our own music (always a plus!). We did not encounter any technical issues or hidden costs, such as windshield or tire insurance, which can sometimes be a surprise. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

1 day = 24 hours, not with this company. I was awoken in my hotel room (Be Live Adult Tenerife Puerto de la Cruz) at 8 am by the very rude & horrid lady on the desk, asking why the key wasn't dropped off the night before. I explained that it hadn't been 24 hours yet. The lady was so rude to me. An absolute disgrace to the hotel in my opinion. If I was the hotel I wouldn't be affiliated with this company at all. The car that wasn't much better either. A battered old Hyundai i20 with no Ariel, hence we couldn't listen to the radio. No Bluetooth so we couldn't connect my phone. The brakes were warped & grinding, pulled fiercely to the left when braking. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Horrific Staff members & poorly maintained cars.

Really good service, minimum administration, friendly agent, car was prepared on time in front of our hotel, clean, fuelled. We made nice 600 km of trips on the beautiful Tenerife island. C class car was okay for our family and the price was very fair. I can fully recommend this agency.

We can only recommend this car rental company. Rented cars twice for a really fair price and everything was well. After our second rental we noticed that one wallet with important documents was missing. The company searched through the entire car and brought us back our wallet directly to the hotel.

All services of this company were amazing and we couldn't complain about ath until we realized that "day" doesn't mean 24hrs, so couple of hours were "stolen" from us because we rented the car in the afternoon of the day, so we lost a whole morning + tanked fuel (extra 1/4 tank). Quite dissapointed by this
