Nos entregaron un coche en malas condiciones, tanto de aspecto exterior como de seguridad del vehiculo, problemas con los frenos y los neumaticos con la presion baja. Una vez realizada la reclamacion y desplazados hasta la central de Plus Car , que esta cercana al aeropuerto norte, la encargada de forma chulesca y muy malas maneras , no atendio a proceder al cambio de vehiculo, si no abonabamos una cantidad de dinero de mas, al ya pagado en el momento de alquilarlo el dia anterior, no estando conformes con ello, procedimos a realizar la denuncia al cabildo insular , y hemos tenido que circular poco y mal con este coche el resto de dias. No lo recomiendo bajo ningun concepto, ha sido una mala experiencia.

I highly recommend you book your car from abroad or with any other company than this one. Disgusted with the fact they do not keep the prices they advertise

2017 wollte uns das Personal an der Geschaftsstelle schon betrugen, dieses Jahr leider wieder. Die Preise sind gut und locken auf den ersten Blick. Wenn man dann jedoch einen Tag vor der Abreise ohne Mietwagen ist und zusehen muss, wie man zum Flughafen kommt ist das mehr als nur nervig. Vertrage waren gemacht, das Auto war reserviert. Vor Ort bekommt man dann auf ein mal gesagt, dass man den Wagen doch nicht bekommen kann, ausser man nimmt den Wagen fur 4 anstelle von 1 Tag. Wie auch im letzten Jahr wird hier leider versucht, Touristen uber den Tisch zu ziehen.

Zjutraj sva prisla tja in vzela avto za en dan. Dobila sva Opel Corso. Avto je bil super edino premalo je imel konjskih moci, kar malenkost prestavlja problem v hrib, ker avto skoraj nikam ne gre. Ampak to ni nobena ovira. Pac se normalno pocasi peljes. Z njim sva obiskala nacionalni park. Sicer so pa ceste zelo ovinkaste in ne mores noreti po njih. Glede bencina pa je tako, da dobis poln rezervoar in tudi polnega vrnes. Avto sva lahko pustila v mestu pri svojem hotelu in so ga prisli oni iskati.

Hi all don't hire car from this part time company ,had Avery bad experience,no communication,no help please do not use .I switch company's to cicar total night & day better car , customer service ,over all a lesson learned . Regards alen
