Tuvimos que reservar una furgoneta para una mudanza en nuestra empresa cerca de Reyes. Cuando nos dimos cuenta que nuestra reserva no tenia numero de confirmacion y que estaba a la espera de la oficina, nos pusimos en contacto con ella. Nos atendio Victor, que nos comento que esa furgoneta no es muy habitual y mas complicada de tener en fechas cercanas a Reyes. Nos pidio tiempo para realizar gestiones y . Nos devolvio la llamada dando otras oficinas alternativas donde habia probabilidad de que hubieses. Finalmente nos contacto indicando que habia conseguido traer una furgoneta de otra oficina y nos presto un servicio excelente. Tanto Victor como la furgoneta Solo queria agradecer a Victor su entrega,, en todo momento estuvimos bien informados y ademas todo salio muy bien. En resumen, 5* porque los servicios los prestan las personas y Victor es un 10, y enhorabuena a Avis por tener a Victor. Fdo. Vicente y Maria
We had to reserve a van for a move at our company near Reyes. When we realized that our reservation did not have a confirmation number and was waiting at the office, we contacted her. Avis is literally one of the best car rental companies out there. Every time I'm in Spain, I only use Avis, as much as this sounds like a paid review, it isn't lol. They really do go out of their way to make you comfortable. David, the employee who rented us a very nice car, explained to us why we weren't allowed to enter the city due to pollution. Thank you again David! We'll be seeing you soon!
Jose un chico muy amable en el trato. El mes d agosto tuve q cambiar de coche pero m lo soluciono sin ningun problema y con muchas facilidades a la hora d la comunicacion y buscar la mejor solucion. Totalmente recomendable. Sigo pensando lo mismo. Jose un chico atento y resolutivo. Se preocupa porque todo vaya perfecto, muy amable. El y todo su equipo son excelentes. He alquilado varias veces con ellos y siempre han sido facilidades. 100% recomendable.
Jose, a very kind guy to deal with. In August I had to change my car but he solved it without any problem and with many facilities when it came to communication and finding the best solution. Totally recommended. I still think the same. Jose, an attentive and decisive boy. He cares that everything goes perfect, very kind. He and his entire team are excellent. I have rented with them several times and they have always been easy. 100% recommendable.
Great guy working and very helpful
Unbelievably unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. Store is closed and unmanned during business hours when they claim to be open. It's almost as if this were a money-laundering front. That's how bad.
