We recently rented a car to drive from Porto to Lisbon. M. Cunha | Rent-A-Car | PORTO was recommended to us by our Airbnb host. We were completely satistifed with this company and had a thoroughly great experience. We worked with Tiago who was fantastic. He delivered the car to our location in Porto, and then picked it up in Lisbon at our hotel, which was a tremendous help. He was very upfront with all costs and provided very personalized service. As well, he was extremely friendly and courteous. Most of all we had great communication with him all the way. Everything was as expected, and beyond, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent a car while in Portugal.

Great rental car experience. They made it easy to pick up and drop off the rental car around our schedule at locations that were convenient for us. Tolls were easy to deal with and settle up after we returned the car. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! They even took the time to send us some recommendations for places to stop along our route.

Undoubtedly one of the best rental car experiences on any continent I've been on! Tiago was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rented a car for 1 day to tour Douro River & Valley. Vehicle was in great shape and drove well. Rental location was a little out of way from old town Porto, but easy to get to by Metro. Nighttime drop off was super convenient. Will absolutely rent again when I return to Porto.

Most excellent rental experience! The car was delivered right to our hotel to help us out (!) and Tiago was so helpful and accommodating, assisting us in many aspects of travel in Portugal. We've booked a car with M Cuhna rental car agency for 10 days and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a rental car company. Collecting the rental car was really easy and they were really helpful and friendly and explained everything. The car was practically new and with all the features you may need. They even offered us a second driver option free of charge. Even though the office was closed (just for a few minutes though but we were in a hurry) when we dropped off the car it was still very smooth as we could just leave the car outside the office and drop in the car keys in the office door and communicate the rest later through WhatsApp. All the ViaVerde payments were also specified in the invoice we received a few days after we dropped the car off. If I will ever require a car in the future in Portugal again, I will definitely book it at M Cuhna. I really recommend this rental car agency.

From the moment we entered the place, we felt taken care of! Offer of coffee in the morning was just precious! Very honestly, this is the best service I have ever experienced in the car rental. Everything was ready when we arrived, all details explained, recommendations for the road given. The car was just ready to be driven. Communication was very pleasant and informative! If we go back to Porto, this is the only place where we would like to rent a car! Maybe the price is a little higher compared to other car rentals but you are paying for an amazing service and security and that's what matters the most! Rented a car for a week in August 2024. Initially, I was hesitant because of the perfect 5-star ratings, but I decided to take a chance, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. The car was spotless and in excellent condition. We received thorough instructions about the roads and all the necessary details. Tiago stayed in touch throughout the rental period, meeting us at the airport when we arrived and arranging for the car to be returned near the airport. He even gave us a ride back to the terminal. I highly recommend this company--great job, guys! Keep up the excellent work!
