Car was the exact one that we wanted. We've waited 5 minutes inside with an old Lady who didn't attend us and waited by someone to come inside. We can't understand the language, however we can understand that she was speaking in a very arrogant manor with their staff. Mr. Rebelo and the young trainee where super super nice with us!

I have returned the car a few hours late and I was charged for extra day (which would be OK) but the fee for extra day was four times higher than the daily rate during rental period. They did not answer to the complaint for two weeks now. Not again. Guerin Porto airport.
