Incredible service. Great vibes and communication from the online booking till after the trip. Felt like family. The vehicle was exactly the one we ordered, in great condition and perfect for our family of 7. There was technical friction around payments and refunds, but Raquel and Michelle worked tenaciously till things worked out. I had an excellent experience with Flash Rent! The process was incredibly quick with no queues, making it super convenient. Raquel and Michelle were very welcoming and pleasant to deal with, which made the experience even better. The deposit was only 150 euros, and there were no hidden fees or tricks with additional insurance costs. The whole process felt more like borrowing a car from friends rather than renting from a company. The deposit was returned within a couple of weeks, with deductions only for toll road charges, so any headaches with toll payments. I am 100% satisfied. This has been my best car rental experience ever. Totally recommend!

Everything was fine. The car (volkswagen up) was in good condition. I didn't have a debit card, and you can rent a car here for cash. I left a deposit (150 euros) in cash for the transponder. We returned the rest without any problems. I liked everything. I recommend this company.
Great experience from the very moment I stepped into FlashRent's office. Don't hesitate to rent from Raquel and Michelle - highly recommend them. They explained all the relevant terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Additionally, I was able to navigate the toll system with ease due to Raquel's thoroughness. The car was basically brand new and super clean. CarPlay worked flawlessly with my old iPhone 11. You don't need a credit card to rent from FlashRent, however, you can pay with a visa credit card issued in the US, I had no issues there.
