Accueil tres sympathique et professionnel. Reactivite de l'equipe, humour et grande capacite d'adaptation. Nous avons apprecie cette transaction pour la location de la voiture. Tout est clair des le depart. Mille mercis et notamment a la jeune fille qui nous a accompagne des le depart jusqu'a la remise du vehicule avec sourire et professionnalisme. Nous recommandons sans probleme.

We decided to try this rental service as it was conveniently close to our hotel, even though the hotel staff couldn't vouch for them due to their recent arrival in the area. After a short wait, the only vehicle available was an electric Jeep (new and clean). The staff reassured us that charging it would be straightforward. However, after downloading the Miio app as recommended, I ran into an issue: both my NatWest and Revolut cards, though successfully validated, wouldn't work with the app. I also tried the Galp app, but it didn't accept UK mobile numbers. The staff weren't aware of these issues, but on returning the vehicle, another staff member was understanding and relieved our worries by assuring us we wouldn't be charged for not fully recharging. All three staff members we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Overall, the rental price for the day, especially with the benefit of not having to pay for a recharge, made this a great option for our drive to the Paiva Pathways! Tip: book online at least an hour before collecting.
