Avoid this rental office - or be extra careful with documenting pre-existing car damage. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I was told that the car I was renting was "brand new" which was not the case. There was 9000+km on it, and multiple small scratches around the body. I photographed the scratches immediately to document them. When I returned the car a week later (with no further scratches), they instantly charged me for 2 scratches: 1 large and 1 small. I protested and provided time-stamped photographic evidence of the pre-existing scratches. Budget/Avis's damage department conceded that larger scratch was pre-existing and partially refunded the damage charges, but they dug their heels in on the small scratch -- which was costed at EUR0.00 in the damage estimate they sent me. Feels like a cash grab, which is very cheap for a multinational car rental agency. The lesson learned here is to insist on a thorough walk-through around the vehicle with the rental rep before driving away.

BEWARE!!!! I decided to go with budget because they are a reputable company in the USA. Picking up the car was fine, and honestly the car was nice. However, the issue is I was quoted $430 when I booked the reservation but ended up paying nearly $600 for a 4 day rental. The staff at the pickup counter specifically told me you don't have to refill the car with gas before returning it--which I specifically clarified with her because I know there is usually the option to self-refuel or pay the upcharge to have them refuel it. She reassured me it was included, gave me no option to self fuel, and of course was slapped with a $100 refueling fee when I got the bill. There was also other discrepancies for fees in comparison to the original quote I was given. Save your time and go for a different company. I reached out to budget to relay my concerns and they offered me nothing. A second manager reached out to me and offered me 20 euros off my next rental with them. WHAT A JOKE.

The service was quick and accurate. Very good price considering to others, and a very good car.

Ich habe das erste Mal ein Auto gemietet und war voll Panik wegen Zusatzkosten usw. Vermietung super gefunden. 1x durch Bahnhof durch zu den Gleisen. Keine Wartezeit. Wir haben ein super tolles Auto bekommen, welches uns sicher uberall hinbrachte. Noch dazu mega sauber. Auch als es Probleme mit meiner Kreditkarte gab, wurde geholfen. Vielen Dank dafur!!!

Boycotte ce genre d'agence, nous avons paye 58e sur internet sur place on fait payer des taxes ou autre en plus obligatoire donc on a pas le choix. La facture monte a 115e et quand nous rentrons nous avons un prelevement de 275e en plus des 58e. Ce genre d'agence son des voleurs. Croyez moi je ne vais pas en rester la et vous poursuivre c'est une honte !!!!

Super easy to find! The lady went above and beyond to meet our needs, and explained us everything in a very easy and accommodating way. We got a brand new Hyunday i10 with just 734km! We couldn't have asked for a better deal and experience, given the fact that it was December 31st and last minute booking. Remarkable!

Warning! The rental office at this address has no signs to indicate where they are located. We were going to drop off the rental car at this address. I had to circle the roundabout for 30 minutes while my wife was trying to hunt them down by foot. Asking around at the railway station she found them hiding at an anonymous corner across the railway tracks.

Poucos funcionarios e uma demora para atendimento. So tem dois atendentes e muitas vezes os mesmos tem que levar ate os carros, aumentando o tempo de espera. Os atendentes foram mal educados e precisam aumentar o numero de funcionarios para melhor atendimento.
