Usually the rent-a-car companies used to have a bad reputation for very good reasons. With Autocunha Car Rental is the opposite experience. Everything was excellent. The attention and comunication with Tiago was easy. He was always friendly and helpful. The car was brand new. No tricks. If I ever come back to Porto or Acores and I need a car, this is my company.

Inquired for a last minute rent a car and we were glad to have found this one and bonus points because Tiago was very accommodating, welcoming and very informative about the car and he made everything as smooth as possible (car transfer). We had a great experience with Autocunha. The service on arrival was warm and welcoming, meeting us in person at the airport and ensuring we were comfortable and well informed about the car. We initially booked a VW Up but they upgraded us to to a Opel Corsa which was a lovely bonus. They communicated very well and met us at the airport to pick up the car. We will be using them again in the future.

The entire car rental experience was very smooth. The rental employee was waiting at the airport. Communication with the rental company was maintained through Whatsapp. We were able to return the car at a convenient location in the city center. Everything was great, highly recommend.
