Member of staff was very rude because we didn't want to accept the extra insurance, car upgrade or deposit protection. He tried to pressure us that we would be charged high fees on return of the car if any scratches to try to push on the deposit protection fee. He then tried to get us to sign the hire agreement (with current condition/damages of the car) without showing us the car first. We requested to see the car and there were loads of large dents/scratches compared to what was on the current condition in the agreement. Aside from bad customer service, the car was perfect for getting around Ibiza and the drop-off back at Ibiza airport was really easy and staff were great (unlike what he told us they would be like)

One star is too generous for these disgusting fraudsters! Office closed when we arrived despite allowing us to book for this time! We went back during advertised evening opening times to find office locked ! After the third attempt an incredibly rude man behind counter claims the booking is cancelled and no refund due ! Dishonest company !!!

They make scratches in your car if you don't check it directly when u arrive. Take photos before and directly after your rent! Otherwise they will bring the car in the garage and make scratches on it and will show you to get money from your assurance. We had to pay about 400EUR.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! We booked a rental car there in July through Tui. The gentleman was very nice - we thought! He talked us into taking out tire insurance because otherwise there would be high towing costs in the event of a breakdown. We thought we would do it for a small donation of 25. We brought the car back in the evening with a full tank (thank God I had taken a photo of the full fuel gauge). He said everything was fine and hey presto, an invoice came by email the next day for fuel fees, petrol and insurance totaling 65. We didnt need the tire insurance, it was included in Tuis fully comprehensive insurance. This is clearly a RIP-OFF AND FRAUD!!!! Beware of this Europcar car rental company in Portinax!!!!

Er hat uns eine Reifenversicherung aufgeschwatzt, da sonst Hohe Kosten im Falle einer Panne fur die Abschleppkosten anfallen wurden. Wir dachten fur einen kleinen Obolus von 25 machen wir das. Auto wurde von uns abends vollgetankt zuruckgebracht(Gott sei Dank hatte ich ein Foto von der vollen Tankanzeige gemacht) . Er meinte alles sei in bester Ordnung und schwupps kam am anderen Tag per Email eine Rechnung fur Tankgebuhren, Benzin & die Versicherung insgesamt 65 . Die Reifenversicherung hatten wir nicht gebraucht, war in Vollkasko von Tui inkludiert. Das ist ganz klare ABZOCKE UND BETRUG!!!! Vorsicht vor dieser Europcar Autovermietung in Portinax!!!!

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with Europcar in Portinatx. We were charged flat rates that were never mentioned before and the prices did not match what was agreed through Check24. We were also told that we were not insured and tried to get us additional insurance for 30 euros PER DAY. After we proved that we were already insured, we were met with grumpiness. Another problem was that the rental agreements and damage reports were only available in Spanish, not even in English. This is really disappointing and unacceptable. Overall, not a recommended experience. Be careful and check everything very carefully!

Uns wurden Pauschalen berechnet, die vorher nie erwahnt wurden, und die Preise stimmten nicht mit den Vereinbarungen uber Check24 uberein. Ausserdem wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nicht versichert seien, und es wurde versucht, uns eine zusatzliche Versicherung fur 30 Euro PRO TAG aufzuschwatzen. Nachdem wir nachgewiesen haben, dass wir bereits versichert sind, wurde uns nur murrisch begegnet. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass die Mietvertrage und Berichte uber vorhandene Schaden nur auf Spanisch verfugbar waren, nicht einmal auf Englisch. Das ist wirklich enttauschend und nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung. Seien Sie vorsichtig und prufen Sie alles sehr genau!

Car was booked via Check24. The conditions mentioned there - be it deposit, deductible, insurance, etc. - were completely different at Europcar. Europcar also wanted to force us to take out our own insurance, which would have cost more than the rental price we had already paid to Check24. The unfriendly gentleman didnt want to hear that insurance was already included. Under these conditions we gave up the car and got our money back from Check24.

Auto wurde uber Check24 gebucht. Die dort genannten Konditionen - sei es Kaution, Selbstbeteiligung, Versicherung etc. - waren vor Ort bei Europcar ganz andere. Europcar wollte uns ausserdem eine eigene Versicherung aufdrangen, die mehr gekostet hatte als der zuvor bereits an Check24 bezahlte Mietpreis. Dass hier auch bereits eine Versicherung innbegriffen war, wollte der unfreundliche Herr gar nicht horen. Unter diesen Konditionen haben wir auf das Auto verzichtet und von Check24 auch unser Geld wieder zuruckbekommen.

### Europecar Ibiza - A Smooth Experience Europecar Ibiza offers an excellent service with professional and quick processing, especially if you have previously rented a car in Spain. The staff speak English very well and explain all the details clearly. A special tip: We booked the all-inclusive package via the TUI app. Everything was included, even if you are not a TUI customer. The advantage is obvious: no discussions about special rates or insurance. We had booked an Aygo and received an Audi A1. There was also the option of upgrading to an Audi A3 at a moderate price. The entire process was uncomplicated and satisfactory. An important note: You need ID, driving license and a credit card. These must all be issued to the same person, otherwise you wont get a car. This has already happened to us with another rental. We were completely satisfied with Europecar Ibiza and will happily book there again. Follow me for more testimonials.

Diese mussen alle auf die gleiche Person ausgestellt sein, sonst bekommt man kein Auto. Das ist uns bei einer anderen Vermietung schon passiert.
