Rent A Car Arash in Portals Nous

We have rented a few time with arash, everything 100% reliable, super smooth checkin without waiting time and no hidden fees. Today we got stuck at the airport and it seemed we would not be able to leave. The team left the car in the parking so we would have a plan b in case our flight wouldn't leave. Woth three small children, this is priceless - thanks so much for your support and next time for sure arash again!

Sometimes it is helpful to others to share experiences of companies, and their services, or indeed give a warning or advice. I booked a car with Arash for a 10 day hire period , I was recommended by two friends who use the company on a regular basis , I wanted a company that gave service over a large multi national and some one who could deliver the car to my hotel. Unfortunately I was too unwell to travel and subsequently have not been able to make the trip to Majorca. I let Arash know after one day that I would not be coming due to a health issue and asked if they could please collect the car as it would just sit there for another 9 . I don't know why, but I fully expected of course to pay for the days i had "used" of the rental, and then requested a refund of the balance of days as a cancellation and maybe a charge for something ? 3 days later I received a reply with their cancellation policy which does state no refunds under any circumstances, very disappointing! Arash then decided to let me know that their cancellation policy was inline with airlines and hotels, which is actually untrue as both the airline and the hotel had no issue in me cancelling the travel due to illness, for the hotel I lost the two days as I would have expected, and the airline offered me a credit or refund whichever I preferred. I did check with Enterprise car rental , and funnily enough if I would have hired with them as I have done in the past then their t&c's state that they would have refunded the unused days after cancellation. The owner of the company contacted me and requested a call with, which was very nice, assuming he wanted to explain their policy again to me, but that never happened even though we scheduled a time later in the day. It also appears that Arash have a two tier pricing system or at least that's how it was presented to me ? Both my friends gave me a WhatsApp number to make my booking, the pricing of which was significantly higher than going through the website and making an online booking ? Overall the pricing was higher than picking up a car from the airport, but I did of course expect that when paying for a premium service you pay a premium price, so no complaints there. Service industries are all about looking after your clientele, it seems to me that perhaps Arash may fall a little short on this front. I will not be rushing back to book with them again based on all the above.

Excellent local company ... so much easier than dealing with the major companies. No paperwork, car was delivered to exactly where we wanted, ready for us to collect when we wanted. The car (Fiat 500 convertible hybrid) was perfect ... and we'll priced. Highly recommended.

If you are sceptic about renting from a company which isn't one of the big corporate ones - don't be in this case. It was so easy and painless! Easy pickup, car had only ran a little under 6000 kilometers and extremely good condition on the car. Ofcourse some estethic scratches ok exterior, but interior was really nicely cleaned. We were even lucky enough to extend our rental for one day the day before our return date. Magnificent! "Self-service" return at airport was easier than expected - just remember to document your own delivery :) Fair price and friendly staff! Recommend!!

Car was not there when we arrived. However problem was solved within minutes and we had a great car (golf8). Sure the inner state was better than the outside but quite comfy. I recommend.. as it avoids having to discuss during hours with stupid people about insurance scam at rental counter in PMI.

Honestly great value and efficient rental process. As long as you are able to have a pre-authorization on your CC you should be good and that is removed after a couple of days. Great communication with them as well highly recommend.

Very impressed with this company. Once booking was made, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Car was exactly where they said it was (saving the hassle of waiting) and car was clean and ideal for getting around tight streets and roads of Mallorca. No hesitation in recommending this company.
