WARNING. Make sure you video the whole vehicle before taking away. Sadly upon returning the car I was accused of 2 new dents and scratches during my use. Thankfully both were visible on the video otherwise I would have been made liable.

Absolutely fantastic! The employees are very kind and customer friendly. In case of trouble they are super cooperative an try to find a solution. I could not have asked for nicer people to do business with. The car I hired was reasonably priced and in great shape. I would definitely rent here again. Highly recommend it.

The most awful experience I ever had. I called them twice to inform about available scooters, openings hours and mentioned that I would be at their office before 1 PM to pick it up after an hour hike from my airbnb. At arrival the office was relocated, which I could only find out by making a phone call and walking an extra 10 minutes. Once arrived the fun started. There were no scooters untill 5 PM and somehow this was all my fault??? How come I would hike an hour and then wait an extra 6 hours to pay 68 euro a day for a scooter, while their website gave a price of 28 euro??? There was no excuse just a washed out employee would coundn't care less.

Since when do we have to be 21 years old to take a scooter even though we have the license the unpleasant, not respectful staff creates rules as they sing and in addition to his colleague had nevertheless reserved a scooter for us but he said no . Dont take your scooter there, the staff is not courteous.

Unfortunately I feel cheated. Upon paying the deposit we were told that the car did not have a full tank and that we had to take a photo of the tank level to bring it back to the same level when returning the car. This is what we did. Only after 3 days, already back in Italy, they withheld 36 euros of deposit for not returning it with a full tank. Contacted through the agency and shown the photo, they did not make any refund, denying that the car did not have a full tank.

Purtroppo mi sento preso in giro. Versando la caparra ci e stato detto che lauto non aveva il pieno e che dovevamo fare una foto a livello del serbatoio per riportarlo allo stesso alla riconsegna dellauto. Questo e quello che abbiamo fatto. Solo dopo 3 giorni, gia rientrati in Italia, mi hanno trattenuto 36 euro di caparra per non averla riconsegnata con il pieno. Contattati tramite agenzia e mostrata la foto, non hanno effettuato alcun rimborso negando che l auto non avesse il pieno.

Horrible, unfortunately you have to chase your money for weeks. When we dropped the car off at the airport, we were told that everything was fine and that the deposit would be returned immediately. That was on May 25th. Since then I have written at least 4 emails and called 30 times. Reaching someone from the call center is almost impossible and if you do, you are given a different number because they are not responsible for that or don t speak English/German . Normally I rarely write reviews, but since I dont get any feedback otherwise, this is probably the only way. Very dubious!

Grauenvoll, leider muss man wochenlang seinem Geld hinterher rennen. Bei der Abgabe des Autos am Flughafen wurde uns gesagt, dass alles in Ordnung sei und die Kaution sofort zuruckuberwiesen wird. Das war am 25. Mai. Seit dann habe ich mindestens 4 Emails geschrieben und 30 mal angerufen. Jemanden vom Call Center zu erreichen ist fast unmoglich und wenn das klappt, wird einem eine andere Nummer gegeben, da die dafur nicht zustandig sind oder kein Englisch/Deutsch sprechen . Our experience has been quite satisfactory. We rented the motorcycle at the port office but the day before we called to see if they could change our reservation to the port of San Miguel since the hotel was there and it was not feasible for us to drive 30 minutes with luggage. They changed it for us without any problem and, in addition, they gave us a motorcycle that, in my opinion, was better than the one they were going to give us at the port office. They gave us a very cool orange 125cc Primavera Vespa. The only downside is that it seemed like she was limited since it was difficult for her to go over 80. For the rest, we will repeat without a doubt.

Alquilamos la moto en la oficina del puerto pero el dia anterior llamamos para ver si podian cambiarnos la reserva al puerto de san miguel puesto que el hotel estaba alli y nos era inviable conducir 30min con el equipaje. Nos lo cambiaron sin problema y, ademas, nos dieron una moto que, a mi gusto, era mejor que la que nos iban a dar en la oficina del puerto. Nos dieron una vespa primavera naranja de 125cc chulisima. La unica pega es que parecia que estaba limitada puesto que le costaba pasar de 80. Por lo demas, repetiremos sin duda.
