We rented here for a week and it was great. Tamara who attended is was quick and so nice. We actually ended up with a better deal than in the airport because their cars are better. Convenient and great service. I'll repeat next year.
Very good experience. I booked a car and did not realise that it came with a EUR1100 deposit of which I couldn't afford. I went to cancel the car but instead the lady found me a car and deal with a far better deposit. The car was great and clean. I did not speak Spanish but they provided me with a lady who could speak English and she was very attentive. When I returned the car I asked her how far the station is to walk, and instead she offered to drop me. Very grateful. Great company.
We did not make a reservation but we were still able to rent a nice car. Staff is really helpfull and gave us a ride to the train station when we brought back the car.

I came from Miami with my family and decided to rent a car in RentalPlus-Sagunto. Andres has exceeded my expectations. We don't know how to drive Manual but he made it possible for us to get an Automatic. Be aware that in Spain, EVERYONE drives manual. So I'd recommend you learn for easier booking.
I seldom write negative reviews. However this car rental was terrible, I had to return the car because the steering wheel was trembling and the whole chassis vibrated. If it was my car I would have immediately take it to the mechanician. And this was after I noticed that the rear lights were not working which they corrected. I guess they do not check the safety of their vehicles too often. I also noticed that the car had different tyres on the rear axis... When I returned the car I have asked for a replacement but they could not offer any but instead returned the rental fee. I need to note that the whole ordeal did not start well: I had to wait for the car for an hour as they were cleaning it and purchasing the kids booster seats I requested. Maybe I should have cancelled the rental at that moment but they seemed okay at that point. The problem here is that they are not a proper rental service but rather a used car dealership, offering rentals as well. Now I understand that the rental service is not their priority, and they are not good at it whenever a client has some extra requests. My extra requests were: a 7 seater car with 2 booster seats. They could not handle it.
I rented a car in Sagunto, I got a convertible, the car was perfect. The car smelled great and the guy who I worked with (Andres) was very attentive to my need and I would recommend everyone to try to work with him.
