Llevo anos alquilando en Europcar, en diferentes oficinas y provincias. En esta estoy teniendo problemas con la devolucion de la fianza. Solo hacen darme largas y justificaciones que no me han convencido. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE... Vayan a otra oficina y espero que la central de Madrid lea esta resena completamente negativa por mi parte. Si esta semana no me la devuelven ire a reclamar al juzgado. A ver si al magistrado le dan largas tambien. Yo ya les avise que haria fotos y videos del vehiculo tanto a la recogida, como en la entrega. Todo perfecto. Excepto que me enganaron con el nivel de combustible en la recogida Asi que no tienen nada que retener. Yo si tengo pruebas. Siento mucho esta resena por otras oficinas que me han tratado muy bien siempre Son unos estafadores en Puerto de Sagunto.

Except they fooled me with the fuel level at pickup So they have nothing to hold back. I do have proof. I am very sorry for this review for other offices that have always treated me very well. They are scammers in Puerto de Sagunto.
Mi padre alquilo 2 coches en la sucursal de Puerto de Sagunto desde mayo hasta Agosto y la verdad que la experiencia fue de 10 ... La amabilidad y la atencion de Gema fue excelente, tanto ella como el Senor que esta ahi son super amables y te explican todo . Proximo ano volveremos alquilar de seguro . Muchas gracias por la atencion y por la amabilidad . Los coches estan muy cuidados y te los entregan impecables por dentro . Son 100% recomendables !!

Alquile una furgoneta y Genial, tuve un percance y la asistencia estuvo en 10 minutos lo resolvio rapido y muy amable La chica y el senor d la oficina del puerto d Sagunto muy amables tambien Si tuviera q alquilar coche o furgoneta desde luego volveria alli

Hace una semana tuvimos que alquilar una furgoneta para trasladar unos objetos pesados. Era la primera vez que necesitaba hacer este servicio y he de reconocer que estaba bastante nerviosa porque nunca habia alquilado una furgoneta y nunca habia llevado una de ese tamano. Desde que llame para pedir informacion, Gema, la mujer que esta detras del mostrador, me facilito mucho las cosas, tanto por su explicacion como por su trato, muy amable y siempre alegre. Cuando llego el dia de coger la furgoneta fue todo genial, el vehiculo estaba en perfectas condiciones, los danos que ya tiene te los dicen antes y te los dan en un papel para que estes tranquilo (ese es un miedo que tenemos muchos a la hora de alquilar un vehiculo, que luego te digan que los danos los has hecho tu). La conduccion fue una maravilla, al principio tenia bastante respeto en la carretera porque la furgoneta (Peugeot Expert) es alta y tiene otras dimensiones respecto al coche pero... !!Que maravilla!! Tuvimos que hacer un viaje de 250 km (total ida y vuelta) y estuvimos todo el trayecto super comodos; asientos, aire acondicionado... Sensor de aparcamiento, todo digital. Conduccion muy suave, me senti muy segura. La furgoneta era diesel y como la tienes que devolver llena, el importe fue menos de 20EUR, no consume casi nada. La devolucion de la furgoneta fue bien y rapida, la llevamos con tiempo para que la revisaran y todo genial. El dinero que te retienen en el banco por fianza (en este caso 300EUR) me lo devolvieron pocos dias despues, sin problema. En definitiva, volveria a usar este servicio sin duda alguna en Europcar despues de mi experiencia, tanto por el trato recibido en todo momento, por la cercania y la amabilidad por los trabajadores de alli y por el vehiculo que me cubrio la necesidad de hacer una mudanza. Gracias por hacerlo facil.

The driving was wonderful, at first I had a lot of respect on the road because the van (Peugeot Expert) is tall and has different dimensions compared to the car but... How wonderful!! We had to make a 250 km trip (total round trip) and we were super comfortable the entire trip; seats, air conditioning... Parking sensor, all digital. Very smooth driving, I felt very safe. The van was diesel and since you have to return it full, the amount was less than EUR20, it consumes almost nothing. The return of the van was good and fast, we took it with time to have it inspected and everything was great. The money they kept in the bank as a deposit (in this case EUR300) was returned to me a few days later, without problem. Hassle free collection and drop off, though the car was new it was severely battered. Not the best impression when your on business
Service at airport was terrible (no car checks and nobody to guide customers at parking lot, etc.), customer service provided by call center is useless (infinite loops), and this office in particular is run by incompetent people, who would not even listen to what customers have to say and is even closed during working hours. It says it opens at 3:30 pm and the clerk arrived at 3:45 pm as if it were normal. After a minor issue I was left by this office without a tire and without a replacement car for over 24 hours, which might have been days if I had not decided to return the car. I was charged by a tire that I did not damage, and also for the rental time that I was unable to use the car since there was no replacement. This was my last time with EUROPCAR. Please try to stay away from it.
