Book our 7 seater car for 3 days each year. Always had great service. Car already to go after a quick check-in. Staff very helpful and friendly. No problem when returning car, quick check that you have refilled the fuel and that's you finished till next year. Thank you for fantastic service. Ken Gordon.
Booked directly before arrival and got a better price than if we booked through our accommodation or at the airport. Staff were great, very simple check-in process (make sure you fill out the details they request beforehand). We booked a panda or similar (cheapest option), one wasn't available on the day but we were given a corsa at no extra cost. The Port de Pollenca office is easy to find both on foot and when returning the car. Definitely recommend booking directly with a local office over any offers your airline, accommodation or holiday provider try to sign you up to. The picture is just my opportunity to show off my left hand drive parallel parking.
Friendly and helpful , VW Golf I hired was in very good condition and there was no detailed inspection of the car when I returned it. Refund of fuel deposit credited to my account within 30 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
We hired a car for 5 days from the office in Pollenca port last week from 26 September. Despite me forgetting the pin number on my card and confusing the lady on the desk we finally took the car away. In all the confusion ( on my part ) I forgot to pick up the paperwork which was delivered to our hotel. The car was perfect for our needs and very reasonable. I would like to say a big thank you to the very tolerant and lovely lady on the desk for all her help and patience. We will be hiring from them again on future visits. Martyn Williams
Used Hiper to rent a car for one day. Our Hotel arranged this for us and on the day a representative took us through all formalities before handing us the keys of our lovely hire car. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Car was in excellent condition suited what we needed perfectly. Went for fuel deposit so topped car up before returning and money was back in account within an hour. Vert impressed by overall service - highly recommend.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the car was clean inside and clean outside with a full tank when we picked it up. I hired it for five days. There is a BP garage 150 metres from the showroom so I was able to return the car with a full tank. Based on my experience, I would recommend 'Hiper Rent a Car'. They would be my first 'go to' choice if I stay in Port de Pollenca again.
We rented a car one way for one day, Port de Pollensa to the airport. Not cheap with all the extra costs, but understandable. Staff at both ends were really nice. Refreshing as we have had some rather bad experiences in the past with the main stream brands. Shuttle from Airport location to the terminal was fine. Would definitely consider to use again.
