Rent a Car Vanrell - Alcudia 2 in Port d'Alcudia

We rented a small car online. The pickup and service was very good. No damage (>20) were not documented, but could be send by WhatsApp. Recommended.

HENNY -- Excellent rental experience from the Alcudia 2 location. We booked in advance and went by the night before to confirm. Henny was at the desk and was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Vanrell and would definitely use again on a future trip. Our car was a Mini-Cooper -- pretty sure it was an upgrade from the original car we rented for a very reasonable price! Car worked perfectly, even driving in a downpour from Alcudia to Cala d'Or. Directions for airport drop-off were very clear and precise. Thanks for a wonderful rental experience on our first Mallorca visit! :)

Rented an MX5 for 2 days, was really excited to drive a fun roadster for 2 days on the wonderfull mallorcan roads. Big dissapointment after receiving the car, there wasn't a single body panel without damage and the right side door was damaged front to back which looked like quite a big impact. 2. dissapointment was that no one was there to open their location at 8:00 as stated online and outside. At 8:15 I called and 15 minutes later someone finally showed up. Upon receiving the car I quickly noticed that the gearbox wasn't in the best condition as the gear lever was shaking like crazy whenever the clutch was pressed. After a longer time driving there was also a very strange smell which got worse and worse. It got to the point where it was undrivable with the top down. I then also noticed that during accelations uphill the brake warning light would be flashing indicating that there likely was a brake fluid leak. I tried to contact the official number didn't get a response so I simply slowly returned the car as I didn't feel save with a car smelling and leaking brake fluid. The clerk at the desk told us that the light was the handbrake light, thinking we were too stupid to release the handbrake. However they quickly accepted to replace the car with a 218i cabriolet. While nothing like as fun as the MX5 it got us at least around the island. There were however also red lights on the dash and brake warnings all around as they hadn't reset the computer agter changeing the brake pads. We had another reservation for a car later during our stay and this time the store was open yet they had forgotten to bring our car so we again had to wait 20 minutes for the car to arrive. It was a Suzuki swift, which apparently is the same category as a i20. We were however not shown any particularities about the car like how to remove the old school key out of the ignition or where the button to open the fuel cap was hidden inside. Both times the cars were also at only a quarter of a fuel tank meaning we couldn't reach our destination without fueling up first. All in all, never again

Hired a soft top BMW for 2 days. Good prices. Great service. Friendly staff. 100% would recommend for anyone who needs a car. Really quick process. We were in and out in 15 mins and drove the car off the forecourt.

Rented a car for 5 days. I chose a Fiat Panda, but was nicely surprised when I got a Mitsubishi Space Star instead. Someone banged the side of the car in a parking lot, but it was no problem because of the full insurance. Overall a good experience.

Nice and easy to hire a car from them, really good car selection, only niggle i found is they didnt do a once over the car once i give it back, all i had to do was hand over the keys, enjoyed the experiance though
