Absolute disaster on site! We waited a total of over 2 hours until we finally got our turn. The agent on site then said that although we had taken out fully comprehensive insurance externally, it was not enough to receive full insurance cover. Thats why he forced us to take out additional insurance for 185. If we were you, you would recommend another service. Youre just being duped here!

We rented 2 cars and we returned them without any damage. Coincidentally, damage to both cars over the total amount of the deposit was discovered and we are still waiting for proof.
