Started well with a fair price for family hatchback. Our plans changed meaning we could return a day earlier. When we enquired the team member this would be helpful a she needed more availability. She advised they would return our deposit and a days rental. Upon returning the car a different team member said we could not have a rental reduction and that was we chose the wrong person to speak too. A disappointing end to what should have been a pleasant experience from the team member who was polite and helpful when we booked but who was uninterested in discussing/ helping in this situation. Took the edge of the service and left a poor image of Hiper car rentals.

Really helpful staff at the Alcudia office, the car was as requested, clean and full of fuel. One thing that could possibly be improved is the communication regarding ID... I had brought my driving license as requested but it turns out they also needed my passport which I don't think was mentioned until we were collecting the vehicle. Luckily our hotel was just over the road so it wasn't a big deal at all to nip back and get it. Thanks again for a smooth rental experience and if we're in the area again, I'd definitely hire from you guys again.

Pleasant employers, good car and very straightforward conditions. One point of improvement: when returning the car a hotel there is no written confirmation of the return (without damages). I got my deposit back because car was returned in good shape. Still I would have also preferred a written notification to go along with the returning of the car.

Car was delivered on time, although it was a different car than we ordered. It's smaller than we had orderded. At the day/time we had to deliver it back, no one showed up. Apparantly someone called me a week before from Germany (I didn't pick up) and had not tried again. The hotel said normally they ask the guest to leave the car keys at their reception. So we did that. We never heard anything back.

We rented a small car through Check24 before we started our trip, so it was significantly cheaper than the prices at the counter. No queue at handover, no additional service required, just the obligatory deposit for one tank of fuel. Car in very good condition, clean inside and out, fully fueled. Previous damage was already recorded in the contract. Even 2 weeks after the return, Hipercar has not received any claims. Professional, correct contractual partner!

Already rented a car (SUV model or similar) in the Netherlands through Sunny Cars. The car rental company Hiper that carried this out was close to our hotel, 300 meters so within walking distance. Friendly lady, everything was arranged within 10 minutes and we received a beautiful, relatively new and economical Opel Crossland. Drove around Mallorca comfortably all week. When the car was returned it was ready within 2 minutes and the deposit refunded to the credit card was also handled very quickly.

Unfortunately not satisfied!!! Im used to different things from other car rental companies (including Spanish ones!). Yes, they were nice when I picked it up because I had to wait for the car, it wasnt ready yet. No sorry or, or. When the car was delivered before the agreed time, they only checked whether the car had a full tank... and when it came to the criticism that the navigation system kept hanging up on a continuous loop for a day, they werent so nice anymore. And also that there was no windshield washer fluid in the containers... yes, you can buy that and yes, all of that can happen, but without a word, it was ignored, which is cheeky when it comes to rental car costs. When I asked if they could call me a taxi so I could get back to the hotel, I was directed to the nearest taxi rank. Brazen, cheeky and not service-oriented and with the prices, really outrageous!!!! Once and never again...

Bei Nachfrage, ob man mir ein Taxi rufen konnte, damit ich wieder zum Hotel zuruckkomme, hat man mich an den nachsten Taxistand verwiesen.
