Pesima experiencia hay que esperar un mes para que te reembolsen el dinero de "la senal al cojer la furgo" te la dan con 1/5 de deposito y sin adblue tu echale el adblue y el gasoi que luego tardaran un mes en devolverte el dinero completo aun encima solo lo gestiona una persona y el proceso es mas lento !!

Trato amable e me deron todas as facilidades para a recollida e a entrega do vehiculo. Traballo dilixente e eficaz, sobre todo de Loli, respondendo a todas as preguntas planteadas e despexando calquera dubida.
Friendly treatment and they gave me all the facilities for the collection and delivery of the vehicle. Diligent and efficient work, especially from Loli, answering all questions raised and clearing any doubts.
Pesima experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada. Desde el primer momento, el personal me trato de manera grosera y poco profesional, como si estuvieran molestos por simplemente hacer su trabajo. La actitud fue indiferente y hasta hostil cuando intente aclarar algunas dudas sobre las tarifas. Hablando de tarifas, los precios son ridiculamente altos en comparacion con otras empresas de la competencia, se aprovechan de la poca oferta que hay a su alrededor. Lo peor fue que, al momento de devolver el coche, me cobraron una serie de tasas adicionales que nunca se mencionaron cuando hice la reserva. Me senti completamente estafado y enganado. Definitivamente, no recomiendo esta empresa. Si quieres evitar malos ratos y sobrecostos inesperados, busca una opcion mas transparente y con mejor atencion al cliente.
Terrible experience, I do not recommend it at all. From the first moment, the staff treated me rudely and unprofessionally, as if they were upset for simply doing their job. The attitude was indifferent and even hostile when I tried to clarify some doubts about the rates. Speaking of rates, the prices are ridiculously high compared to other competing companies, they take advantage of the little supply around them. The worst part was that when I returned the car, I was charged a series of additional fees that were never mentioned when I made the reservation. I felt completely scammed and deceived. I definitely do not recommend this company. If you want to avoid bad times and unexpected cost overruns, look for a more transparent option with better customer service.
No puc entendre que tenint des de fa 15 dies una furgoneta de carrega llogada i pagada per avancat. Anem a recollir-la, i ens diguin que no la tinguin, que es a Vigo. Solucio, una furgo mes petita, que no ens serveix per transportar les nostres bicis, o esperar a dema que "potser" tinguin la de Vigo. Increible !!!???? I la solucio l'hem de trobar nosaltres . Nosaltres no treballem a l'empresa !!! Soms els clients. Aixo no es gens serios. Enterprise, NO es una Empresa fiable .
I can't understand that having a cargo van rented and paid for in advance for 15 days. We go to collect it, and they tell us that they don't have it, that it is in Vigo. Solution, a smaller van, which is not useful for us to transport our bikes, or wait until tomorrow when they "maybe" have the Vigo one. Amazing!!!???? And we have to find the solution. We don't work for the company!!! We are the customers. This is not serious at all. Enterprise, is NOT a reliable company.

La he alquilado 3 dias y en un principio lo que me convencio fue el hecho de kilometraje ilimitado que me despreocupo a un muy buen precio. Tres dias antes se pusieron en contacto conmigo para confirmar la reserva y explicaron que es lo que necesitaba llevar. Cuando pase a recoger el furgon se tomaron el tiempo necesario para explicarme todas las condiciones del contrato, opciones y revisar que el vehiculo estaba en condiciones. Estaba en perfectas condiciones y una buena maquina. La atencion fue muy amable y atenta. No dudaria en repetir la atencion de esta oficina es impecable.

A car reservation was made a week, less than 24 hours before the transaction, the company called with a request for receipts of utility bills (we are tourists, what payments are unclear), after that, they said to wait for a call or letter from their management, a day later, no one called, we are at a loss whether there is a reservation at all or not, they began to call to achieve clarity. As a result, we received a letter that WE WERE CANCELED our reservation, to requests to explain what was happening, the operator pretended (after several days of communication in English) that he did not understand absolutely English. I never recommend this company to anyone!!!
