Las veces que he tenido que acudir por algun imprevisto en mi vehiculo siempre me han atendido con celeridad y amabilidad. Los vehiculos estan bien mantenidos y la gran mayoria son de nueva adquisicion. Seguire confiando en ellos en lo que a renting de vehiculos se refiere.

El personal es amable pero tardan mucho solucionando la gestion y entrega de vehiculos, ya cuando me lo entregaron tuve que esperar que lo lavaran porque estaba sucio por fuera
The staff is friendly but they take a long time solving the management and delivery of vehicles, and when they delivered it to me I had to wait for them to wash it because it was dirty on the outside

No suelo dejar malas resenas e intentare ser justo e imparcial. Solo soy conductor de una furgoneta de renting que paga mi empresa, no yo, por suerte. Fui a revisar un ruido con cita previa, me tuvieron mas de dos horas alli esperando y me mandaron para casa diciendo que habia que cambiar no se que pieza pero no era grave. Me dieron cita para 15 dias mas tarde. A los dos dias de sacarla del taller se enciende una luz de averia y dos avisos diferentes en el ordenador. Hoy, 15 dias despues la traigo de nuevo, les comento la averia y ya de paso que le hagan el mantenimiento que le toca dentro de 700km, osea, la semana que viene practicamente. Pues la van a meter para revisar la averia e intentar quitar el fallo. Y la semana que viene me haran volver para el mantenimiento. Me parece una perdida de tiempo para mi, y dinero para la empresa que trabajo, ya que hacen perder 3 mananas diferentes, para un trabajo que podrian hacer en una sola vez... Cuando recoja el vehiculo, si le hicieron todo incluido el mantenimiento, editare el comentario, por el momento y lamentandolo mucho, esto es lo sucedido, 3x citas, en 3 dias, en diferentes semanas... Llego a las 10:30, y me voy a las 12 de la manana, con suerte con un vehiculo de sustitucion.
I don't usually leave bad reviews and I will try to be fair and impartial. I am only the driver of a rental van that my company pays for, not me, luckily. I went to check a noise with an appointment, they kept me there waiting for more than two hours and they sent me home saying that I don't know what part had to be changed but it wasn't serious. They gave me an appointment for 15 days later. Two days after taking it out of the workshop, a fault light comes on and two different warnings on the computer. Today, 15 days later, I bring it back, I tell them about the breakdown and in the process they have them do the maintenance that is due within 700km, that is, practically next week. Well, they are going to put it in to check the fault and try to remove the fault. And next week they will make me come back for maintenance. It seems like a waste of time for me, and money for the company I work for, since they waste 3 different mornings, for a job that could be done in one go... When I pick up the vehicle, if they did everything including maintenance, I will edit the comment, for the moment and with great regret, this is what happened, 3x appointments, in 3 days, in different weeks... It arrived at 10:30, and I'm leaving at 12 in the morning, hopefully with a replacement vehicle.
Durante 7 meses he tenido un coche nuevo atendiendo ante cualquier problema con coche de sustitucion en 2 horas, con seguro a todo riesgo, y con su mantenimiento incluido. Solo se que si lo necesito hoy por hoy es la mejor opcion profesional. Incluso me lo planteo ante posibles viajes largos familiares.
For 7 months I have had a new car, responding to any problem with a replacement car in 2 hours, with comprehensive insurance, and with its maintenance included. I just know that if I need it today it is the best professional option. I even consider it before possible long family trips.
El tiempo de espera para la recogida de un coche me parece excesivo para personas que recogen un coche para trabajar. Entiendo que haya que revisarlos cuando lo entregas pero cuando te le llevas deberia ser mas rapido con el personal de que dispone..
The waiting time to pick up a car seems excessive to me for people who pick up a car to work. I understand that you have to check them when you deliver it but when you take it away it should be faster with the staff you have...
