Alquile un coche durante tres dias. La oficina a las 19.00 y mi tren tenia hora prevista de llegada 18.35. No es extrano que el tren se retrase, y es lo que me ocurrio. Aunque me fue complicado poder contactar con la oficina, cuando lo consegui, entendieron mi situacion y considerando que el tren llegaba no muchos minutos tarde, tuvieron la cortesia de esperar por mi para poder terminar el alquiler. De no haberme esperado me hubiese complicado mucho el viaje. El proceso de recogida fue rapido, todo correcto, la persona amable y explicando todos los detalles. El proceso de devolucion tambien fue rapido y comodo. He alquilado algunas veces mas en esa oficina y la verdad al menos en mi caso siempre va todo bien. El equipo humano tambien es siempre amable.

No alquilan coches que sean recogida en otra ciudad o eso nos han dicho.Directamente nos indicaron que se haga Online y con bastante desprecio hacia el cliente.Fuimos a la oficina porque preferimos hacer las gestiones en persona y no por internet...Pero nos invitan a hacerlo al parecer.

Schon zum zweiten Mal habe ich hier ein Auto gemietet und ein weiteres zuruckgegeben. Die Mitarbeiter (Sergio letztes Jahr und auch Jorge dieses Jahr) waren uberaus kundenorientiert, freundlich und aufgestellt. Besonders gefallt mir, dass man hinfahren kann, hinter dem Haus viele Parkplatze fur enterprise reserviert sind, man das Auto hinfahrt und den Schlussel in der Box reinwerfen kann. Sehr unkompliziert.

Teniamos una reserva de un coche en la zona de Ponferrada para 7 dias, y la tarde de antes se pusieron en contacto con nosotros indicando que no podian asegurarnos la entrega del coche por lo que nos quedamos sin coche de alquiler 12 horas antes de tener que cogerlo. Una muy mala gestion e impresentables. Tenian overbooking de coches alquilando mas de los que tenian en flota. Por lo que nos dejaron tirados y sin ayuda ni compensacion alguna. No aconsejo para nada alquilar coches en esta compania

Informalidad, incompetencia, poca profesionalidad y nula empatia. Te dejan reservar vehiculos que no disponen, no te avisan de la no disponibilidad, no te ofrecen alternativa valida y a pesar de tener dos telefonos directos de la oficina de Ponferrada, no los atienden nunca dentro (ni fuera) de la jornada laboral. Imposible comunicarse con ellos. Ideal para fastidiarte unas vacaciones. Un completo desastre

Nefasto, hemos ido 2 veces a recoger el vehiculo de alquiler con numero de reserva y ninguna de las 2 nos han podido proporcionar un vehiculo encima la atencion de la chica y el chico que nos atendio dejan bastante que desear, he notado muchisima falta de profesionalidad por parte de estas dos personas que nos atendieron en ENTERPRISE Ponferrada, la segunda vez se negaron a darnos un vehiculo, cuando yo no habia cometido ninguna irregularidad. Es mas, nos faltaron al respeto subiendose mucho de tono y con amenazas. Deberian de realizar un curso de atencion al cliente y posteriormente empezar a trabajar cara al publico, porque visto lo visto a esta chica y a este chico que estan trabajando actualmente en esta empresa les queda muuuuuucho que aprender. No volveremos a alquilar aqui nunca ni se la recomendaremos a nadie. Hemos quedado muy muy muy descontentos.
