We are always VERY satisfied. Major queues at 'big name' rental services, we are already on our way out by the time these people are still waiting. We come to Mallorca a few times a year and will never choose a different company. Two minor things this time: The tank wasn't completely full. We had to pay 15EUR to get out of the parking lot. That's a lot! Still 5 stars

Rented a Corsa last minute from Bosch. They very kindly dropped the car off at the Marratxi office for us. Susi was very helpful and ensured we had a car seat in the car ready for us. Very reasonable rate and no hidden costs. Easy drop off option at the airport as well. It is very pleasant if you can go to the parking garage immediately after landing and drive off straight away. Susi and Christian are always super friendly and uncomplicated. Always very good service every year. This time it was a bit strange. Didnt drive a car from Bosch Rent a Car, had been rented, the car was ok, but had various scratches. The car from the parents was probably an accident car. There must have been something in the Bosch Rent a Car team. The handover at the airport parking lot was great as always. Communication was also very good with Susi.

The conclusion of the contract, the collection and the return of the car worked very well. The car was in perfect condition. Everything was very uncomplicated and Susi gave us great information about the pickup location and the route to the garage. We would book there again and again.
