Levo muchos anos como responsable de flotas para una multinacional con varios proveedores de servicios. Afronto problemas todas las semanas, veo coches maltratados, danos por negligencia y averias mecanicas, pero a fecha de hoy no logro entender como son capaces de solucionar nuestras necesidades y en tan corto plazo. Los ultimos par de anos la atencion al cliente empeoro muchisimo, por lo menos en la delegacion de Coruna, llevo el vehiculo por averia adblue a las 09:00 me dicen que vuelva a las 12:30 que no me pueden atender , a las 15:00 me dicen que me entregan el coche sobre las 16:30. Un dia perdido. Gracias Northgate....

Decepcionada con el trato recibido por el comercial, no salio la operacion y no me lo comunico.Deberia de pensar a largo plazo, porque en otra ocasion que necesite contratar y la operacion pueda salir, no acudire a esta empresa por estos detalles nada profesionales.Pero parece que le sobran los clientes...

Odisea northgate Viernes 10 En el recorrido habitual entre Coruna - Santiago por autopista y con el vehiculo mixto PSA Rifter con 11.300km se enciende aviso de averia vehiculo "Engine default stop the vehicule" a las 8:30AM dia oscuro y lluvioso me echo a un lado bajo mi riesgo senalizo el vehiculo y coloco chaleco cuando empieza a echar humo el motor, logro abrir el capot por seguridad y abro puertas de vehiculo temiendo lo peor. Llamo a northgate y me dicen que ya gestionan una garantia con la marca oficial y se encargaran da darme asistencia, a las 9:10 sms de que en 35 min me llega grua asistencia Peugeot RACE, durante este tiempo aparecen dos vehiculos de asistencia de autopistas donde me dan apoyo y verifican que puede tener una fuga el anticongelante y vemos el motor salpicado de liquido. 9:20 llega la grua de peugeot y me dice que no me lleva a mi destino que no es responsabilidad de ellos y que no le funciona la grua que tiene que buscar otra que esta no le va la rampa, no encuentra la forma de inclinar la plataforma y desconoce donde se encuentra el gancho de izado. Vuelvo a realizar hasta 5 llamadas a asistencia intentando me saquen de la autovia lloviendo y en una de northgate hasta me pasaron a 3 personas diferentes para conseguir un taxi a las proximidades de santiago, en ese transcurso de llamadas escucho como el chofer habia conseguido subir el vehiculo por la rampa impactando fuertemente con el motor del cabrestante y los de asistencia autopistas riendose de la fatal maniobra, a lo que le indico al operador que no puede subir el vehiculo hasta llegar mi vehiculo de apoyo(taxi) el cual llego a las 10:35 casi dos horas despues de mi primera llamada e ilegalmente me tengo que subir a la plataforma para sacar los materiales de trabajo que debo llevar a las instalaciones que me esperan mis companeros de trabajo con lo que recrimino al conductor por la responsabilidad tanto del golpe, como de mi seguridad al subirme sobre la plataforma. Pierdo de manana en torno a 3 horas y 10 personas esperando una mercancia y planes de obra... A la tarde un companero me lleva a las instalaciones northgate Coruna y me hacen esperar una hora por un Opel Combo PSA para instalar un OBD de 5 min que deberia estar ya listo y me dicen que yo "tengo prisa" despues de haber pasado dos personas por delante, incumplen la LPD y luego me entregan un vehiculo con las llaves en el mostrador, que cuando me acerco por matricula, carroceria y ruedas parece estar en buen estado y deposito lleno. Primera impresion viendo todo cubierto de spray abrillantador parece estar bien pero al arrancar el vehiculo escucho ruido de motor que no va fino...veo kms y no me sorprende pues 183.000km empiezo a ver vehiculo y veo una capa de tierra por diferentes elementos interiores que no han sido limpiados como hice en mi recopilacion fotografica, viseras, ventanas, puertas, cinturones, cambio, freno de mano, cana direccion, volante, plasticos... Ya no puedo perder mas tiempo y decido irme a partir de ahi se empieza a secar la silicona de brillo y se forman pegotes por los elementos de conduccion y sale a relucir la suciedad por todos lados y malamente llega a los 100km/h, y lavar las manos cada vez que salgo del vehiculo e usar toallitas para poder tocar algun elemento de conduccion, sin hablar de otros rotos como el difusor. Para colmo salen averias permanentes y fugaces que tengo conocimiento ya habian sido notificados en el anterior usuario: -Problema de pretensores airbag -luz de freno central -fallo motor:lleve reparar vehiculo -arranque imposible en 300km -fallo ayuda mantenimiento carril La complejidad de asistir por distancia a northgate y la larga demora que acusan cada vez que voy alla, decido reparar en el poligono proximo el cual me solucionan con celeridad. Actualmente han pasado 10 dias y he recibido dos sms que estan solucionando mi averia y yo conduzco un vehiculo insalubre e inseguro donde la marca demuestra la poca preocupacion por el cliente y personas que dependen de su servicio.
