Rented a car with them for two weeks, got a good price and they told me if i wanted to rent it for longer I could come back to their office and get an even better price for long term rental. When i came back the wanted to charge me 2000eu per month instead of my previous offer which was 400eu per month! Crazy pricing and different employees tell you total opposites. Can not recomend

Excellent rental company. They offered me an upgrade which was very welcome. The car had 6km on it. The recommendation for the Savoy restaurant was Tip: there is a cheap fuel station around the corner

Very pleased with this rentacar provider! Especially thanks to the competent and friendly staff called KATIA, we decided to keep on renting for 2 months. Very transparent on cost and benefits with new cars. And when we had a damage problem, we were quickly reassured. Top!

Scammers. They wanted me to pay an additional fee (double the amount) when I went to pick up the car. I argue that these charges was not clarified on the Terms & Conditions and they refuse to refund me the amount I paid to rent the car. I end up contacting Booking.com since I made my booking through them and get my refund. Even Booking.com says that they tried to scam me and they will take it further.

Forgot to review this last September. Classic find-a-scratch ploy. Over 600 euro worth. Refused to accept on return that they were there on pick- up. Luckily I had photographed the car well (but in the dark) and was able to prove they were there, but only after I went home and blew up the images on a computer. Branch still refused to give a refund, but head office eventually paid up. Even at the time it just felt like a total stitch up. Only remembered to write this review now that I'm looking for a car for this year's trip. Guess what? It won't be this mob.

Very nice rent a car company. They have smooth pick & drop service from airport to their company which is 15 minutes drive from the airport.. Very quick and easy renting options in affordable prices. Cars are well maintained and team is very friendly and polite !!

The woman working at the desk had a very bad attitude. She seemed nice at first and then got very pushy after we denied their full coverage. She wouldn't review the previous damage with us, only after we asked her to add more damage they hadn't Listed. Returning the car they "found" a damage that was hardly visible. A dent in the hood, that we had a hard time seeing even after the guy showed it to us. Whether it was there before we picked up the car or not we didn't know and of course we couldn't prove anything. Ended up paying 200 euros for that damage.

I don't know where to start with this company. From the moment the bus dropped us off and seeing the queue for picking up the car. Not what you want after a long very early morning flight. 50 minutes we waited and about 30 to drop the car back, this is due to only having one girl checking everyone in. The minute you decline their added extras her attitude changes, like really changes. Implementing fear in a very animated way that they will not help if you breakdown, or get a puncture etc etc. Thinking it couldn't have gotten any worse, well it did. The car was filthy, and I mean filthy. We refused to take this. Back to the desk we went, and again her manner was way off. She told us all there cars are damaged due to people driving away after they hit their cars. Long story short, we got a better and cleaner car. Would never use them again.
