En la Restinga mi coche sufrio una averia, aparque de dia y el star stop dejo el motor en ON consumiendo toda la bateria, cerca de las 19h llamo a Cicar Aeropuerto del Hierro y envian rapidamente a Joel, este chico es una maravilla porque es incansable, responsable y un profesional como la copa de un pino. No solo por el trato, no tenia refuerzos al estar la central cerrada y sacando ayuda de sus recursos personales consiguio solventar el problema!, al dia siguiente lo vi en el aeropuerto y el coche sin problema alguno. Como cliente de cicar de vaarias ocasiones y como profesional que soy del sector de servicios tecnicos en mi rutina laboral, tienen ustedes una verdadera joya. A Joel hay que subirle el sueldo!! fue mi primera impresion y la digo en alto en esta resena, tener un buen detalle y cuidarlo mucho. Mil gracias Joel!! Por todo lo demas, he sufrido cancelaciones de vuelos al Hierro y el trato telefonico ha sido perfecto solventando todos mis problemas. Incluido esperarnos en el Barco de la estaca casi a media noche. Gracias a todo el equipo del Hierro.
In La Restinga my car broke down, I parked during the day and the star stop left the engine ON, consuming the entire battery. Around 7 p.m. I called Cicar Aeropuerto del Hierro and they quickly sent Joel, this guy is wonderful because he is tireless. , responsible and as professional as the top of a pine tree. Not only because of the deal, he had no reinforcements as the center was closed and by getting help from his personal resources he managed to solve the problem! The next day I saw him at the airport and the car without any problem. As a Cicar client on several occasions and as a professional in the technical services sector in my work routine, you have a true gem. Joel's salary needs to be raised!! It was my first impression and I say it loudly in this review, having good detail and taking great care of it. Thank you very much Joel!! For everything else, I have suffered cancellations of flights to Hierro and the telephone service has been perfect, solving all my problems. Including waiting for us at the Stake Boat almost at midnight. Thanks to the entire Hierro team.
DESPUES DE 10 ANOS CON CICAR CAMBIO DE OPINION! DE CINCO ESTRELLAS A UNA... ESTO ES UNA VERGUENZA.... SUCIO.... OLOR A TABACO.... CON BASURA.... Y LA GASOLINA MENOS DE LO QUE MARCA EN LA FICHA , ESTO ULTIMO ME HA PASADO YA MAS VECES... AL MENOS EN LANZAROTE.... EN LA GUANTERA HAY PAPELES DE 3 ALQUILERES DIFERENTES Y SIGUEN AHI.... UNA LOCURA !!!
AFTER 10 YEARS WITH CICAR I CHANGE MY MIND! FROM FIVE STARS TO ONE... THIS IS A SHAME.... DIRTY.... SMELL OF TOBACCO.... WITH GARBAGE.... AND THE GASOLINE LESS THAN WHAT IT MARKS ON THE SHEET, THIS LATTER HAS HAPPENED TO ME MORE TIMES... AT LEAST IN LANZAROTE.... IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT THERE ARE PAPERS FROM 3 DIFFERENT RENTALS AND THEY'RE STILL THERE.... CRAZY!!!
Me ofrecieron un coche superior, por el mismo precio. Es la mejor compania de alquiler, sin duda. Buen servicio, coches en buen estado y sin marearte con requisitos ni nada.

Telefonzentrale ewig nicht erreichbar. Nach 1 Stunde Warteschleife war die Mitarbeiterin nicht in der Lage ein einfaches Anliegen zu bearbeiten. Kein guter Kundenservice!
Switchboard couldn't be reached for ages. After an hour on hold, the employee was unable to process a simple request. Not good customer service!
Muy malos los mal llamados " Profesionales " por los menos en Cicar Tacoronte ( Tenerife ) y con nula seriedad, ofrecen coches a la venta en mal estado. No le recomiendo a nadie comprar coches a esta gente.
The so-called "Professionals" are very bad, at least in Cicar Tacoronte (Tenerife) and with zero seriousness, they offer cars for sale in poor condition. I do not recommend anyone buy cars from these people.
Reservamos con antelacion un vehiculo para La Santa el dia 2 de enero a traves de la web. Al llegar a la oficina la encontramos cerrada, tuvimos que llamar por telefono para que nos trajesen el vehiculo y se demoraron algo mas de 1 hora en entregarnoslo. Tuvimos que llamar en una segunda ocasion para conocer la localizacion del vehiculo pero no nos dieron mayor explicacion, solo nos dijeron que debiamos esperar.
We reserved a vehicle in advance for La Santa on January 2 through the website. When we arrived at the office we found it closed, we had to call by phone to have the vehicle brought to us and it took a little over 1 hour to deliver it to us. We had to call a second time to find out the location of the vehicle but they did not give us any further explanation, they only told us that we had to wait.
Best car rent in Canary islands! No deposit, full insurance, fair price. All cars are well-maintained. You can take a car in almost every place and return where you want. Rented 3 times and everything was just perfect. Highly recommend for everybody because you just can't find anything better in any island. Number one. Thank you very much and see you soon!
