We rented a car from Marina Motril. The car was on site and transaction was easy and straight forward. Unfortunately the car broke down in Granada. We called the marina and they put us in touch with Planet Drive. They were extremely helpful. Since we did not need a car in the afternoon we arranged for a new car to be deliver the morning. They were onetime with the replacement car and we were on our way. It could not have been easier. Thanks Planet Drive and Marina Motril.
I rented a car here and i found this service really good
Great car rental point. Alberto was very helpful and explained all rental details (+ tips how to drive in Spain and where to park etc.) very clearly and with smile. Car which we ordered day before was ready on 9:00 next day, fully tanked with full insurance. Returning car was very easy - we just parked the car inside or outside the hotel (depending on availability of parking places) and that's it. Highly recommend!
Thanks For everything. We borrow a car from Alberto for three days. We contact with him by WhatsApp because when we decide about a trip for the next day it was after his hours in hotel. He replied very fast. We borrow also a child seat and there was no problem in extending the contract. I sincerely recommend.

This is a desk in the reception area of the Hotel Impressive Playa Granada Golf near Motril. I got in touch with this family firm via their web site and Alberto was very helpful and responsive to my queries by email and later in person. We rented a vehicle for 2 days without incident. Refreshing not to receive the hard sell for excess insurance, nor did I have to leave a huge deposit. Alberto also returned us to our hotel in Almunecar at the end of the hire, saving us a taxi fare.
