The rental price was reasonable and the car was delivered to our hotel. We had ordered two child seats for our children (1 and 3) and were told they were already in the car... which they were but hadn't been attached. We spent sometime trying to ensure they were both safely secured. However, it became obvious that one had a bit missing. They arranged an alternative seat but this too had a bit missing. Eventually we got both seats in and secured but we'd lost 2 hours of our rental already. The child seats were also dirty and full of crumbs. My advice is this company is fine if you have no children but if you do then avoid - the safety of your children is absolutely not a top priority.

Good service with the car being brought to our hotel, getting two children's chairs, and the possibility of leaving it at the airport for an extra charge. (And the only reasons for two stars) Really bad service in regards to getting help with attaching the children's chair safely for our 2 year old. After struggling with it for 15 minutes while Oasis was doing the paperwork for another couple's rental at our hotel, we asked the guys for help. All we got was a "you look at the picture" reply. We explained that the picture was for rear facing chair, and ours was to be forward facing. Again and again we got the same reply: "you look picture!". We got it sorted ourselves after a further 30 mins after the guys left. Poor service!! Never mess with children's safety!!

Ordered a car through the hotel which was quick and efficient. Car delivered on time. Car was new and in excellent condition. Very easy process and good value. When we finished with the car just parked it up and left keys in the hotel reception. I mistakenly left my prescription sunglasses in the car and Oasis found them and brought them back to the hotel. Just fab all round!!

We rented a small car through a travel agent but was given a beat up van with 70.000 km. It was really loud on the highway and barely made it up the hills. Plus they were half an hour late bringing the car than lied about being there on time, wanted to charge more than the agent said and we had to bring back the van instead of them collecting it from our hotel (which the agent promised). This is a bad company, there are many decent ones around. Chose a different rental.

Hired a car for the day through our hotel reception. Oasis were around 5 minutes walk away. All sorted within few minutes at their office. Car was clean and tidy. Was a vw polo and although it was low gears most of the time going up the mountain roads, was fine.

I was able to make a reservation for a car via my hotel's Events Team. The car came to my hotel. Simple car rental process - sign here and here, pay and ride. Drop the keys at hotel reception when finished. The car was pretty new, clean and in excellent condition. BTW, roads in Tenerife are in great condition too, even the narrow, mountain, winding roads - totally recommend exploring the island by car.
