Hired a small car to explore the island of Tenerife for 3 days, decent hire charge and very friendly staff
Totally unserious!!! We called on Monday to ask about a rental car, we were told to call on Tuesday morning for confirmation. Tuesday they told us that the car can be picked up on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning they didn't have a car and we were told that we misunderstood. We lost 2 days of vacation because we had to keep looking for another car. They didn't even try to fix the situation.
Easiest place to rent a car, period! Easy online booking, easy pickup, no nonsense paperwork, insurance included, easy drop off! Nice little car, perfect for touring around the island.
We rented an automated Hyundai i20 in April 2022. Very good value for money! The rental process was very easy. I recommend to call the office after online booking. The car worked perfect, was very clean and for the drop off we just left the car in the front of the office and left the keys in the key box. Lads from the office are extremely nice and will explain everything you need to know. No deposit required! Highly recommended!
I made a reservation and I received confirmation about a car. I was already on my way to take the car and I noticed that I have received an email that my reservation is canceled because they don't have any cars. He told me that if I want to book another car tomorrow I should call tomorrow morning in case someone cancel the reservation. The guy didn't even apologized and he sounds that he doesn't really care about my problem. I am shocked that that they have such good reviews.
Would not recommend this company. We've made a reservation on Monday at 10. They didn't show up and left us waiting for 1,5 hours. Our hotel reception called the company and asked if we are oke with getting our car the next day. We went with it but the next day they left us waiting for another half an hour. Reception called again and they picked us up within 10 minutes. When we where at the office the told us the car we reserved was not available (group c) and that they only had a car from group E. They wanted us to pay for that. Which was like 15 euro's more a day. When we said we didn't want to pay the difference the man got a little mad and ignored us. The car we got was fine but not fully filled with petrol. Giving 1 star because the car was fine. Terrible service
Was very convenient with pickup to & from our hotel. Also much more affordable compared to earlier car rental we did during this trip. Giving 2 stars because they deducted a 20EUR fee for not returning the car fully refueled, even though we definitely did refuel it. We had no chance to argue this decision since it was mediated by the hotel reception so the whole thing felt a bit shady.

Problemm s avto ne zametil. Spasibo Aleksu menedzheru kompanii. AB rent cars "agreed for a month, they quickly arranged for the car to receive the car Wolf polo, 3 days -105 euros, just handed over the keys when handing over. Twice Tenerife. Problems with the car did not notice. Thanks to Alex for the company manager.
