We had an amazing experience with this rental company. Well, I mean face-to-face, because the website was showing a different price before clicking on the final step in the booking process. Therefore, I went to the office in Playa Blanca in person, and a woman there was very helpful. She provided the information we needed, made a booking for us at the office, and the next day, we picked up our car in Arrecife. It was a 2023 model, in perfect condition, and we enjoyed our week! We returned the car and received our EUR300 deposit back within the week. Highly recommend!

Rented a car from the Playa Blanca office for 2 days at 2 days' notice. The gentleman (Anderson?) was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English (My Spanish was some what limited). He provided a map and marked out various interesting places and speed safety cameras for us. Once we'd finished with the car it was picked up from our hotel after leaving the keys at reception. The price was excellent and the car (Ford Puma - really good car!) looked pretty much brand new and was dropped off at our hotel on the morning ready for our 2 days of adventure. Prior to, during and afterwards the communication (via Whatsapp) was excellent and all questions answered in good time. I would definitely recommend them for low stress, good value, clean cars and friendly service. 5 out of 5!
Always daunting when renting a car abroad but from the moment of booking contact was swift and clear. Hotel drop off smooth, car clean and in good condition. Pick on time. All clear and a great experience and great price. Thanks for making our holiday even better.

We rented a Seat Ibiza for the day to explore the island. We found Jaira Rent a Car on google when the rental car company in our hotel could only offer a 3 day service. Jaira have been excellent as we booked online and they dropped the car off at our hotel and collected it once we had been completed it. I can highly recommend to anyone in the area due to the high quality of service and how simple and easy it was to explore the island. If anyone is worried about driving in Lanzarote it is a breeze! 5*****
We rented a Fiat 500 cabriolet for a day (that is 24 hours, so pick up at e.g. 10am, bring back 10am next day) for 52 euro's (including full insurance) . A great little car, Android auto and Apple carplay on board (bring a usb-a to phone cable). We were here off-season, so there was little trafic and it was easy to drive around the island. The service was friendly, quick and to-the-point So, give it a go!
