Amazing selection of cars and very simple online booking process, can pay on collection which is fantastic and no hidden fees, the car was clean and in good condition although the steering wheel was very worn but nothing major the rest of the car was in good condition and we enjoyed our time with it, not badly priced either. Will definitely use again. Only gripe is we chose 8am to collect and 7pm to drop off but then when we arrived at the office we were told its half 8 opening and half 6 close so the website needs updating to reflect these opening times as its not possible to pick up and drop off on the selected times if the office is closed.

Autos Cabrera Medina and CICAR Autos offer the best prices from the main brands who are renting out cars on the island of Lanzarote. No hidden charges or high excess charges. Good range of cars and I was given an upgrade without asking. Picking up car at airport is easy and very convenient as you can pick up keys and paperwork in baggage hall as you wait for your bags. But be aware that car rental prices have increased considerably in spring 2022 post Covid with availability scarce so book early.

Wir haben einen Fiat 500 online reserviert und vor Ort verlief die Abholung vollig unkompliziert. Die Auto Vermietung war auch direkt neben unserem Hotel. Nach 3 Tagen vollgetankt zuruckgegeben, hier wird man an der Tankstelle noch von einem Mitarbeiter direkt an der Zapfsaule bedient. Die Mitarbeiter der Autovermietung waren sehr freundlich. Kann man sehr empfehlen!

Car rented yesterday morning for the same day via the hotel. Certainly last minute but still. Car dented everywhere with almost smooth tires. A window was open and we noticed that it didn t go up!! We hailed the delivery man as he left with another car. Solution provided: we followed him to the garage to fix the window. She made a hell of a noise! Very disappointed

I rented an Opel Corsa last week and both the pick-up and drop-off at the hotel were very comfortable and fast. Excellent price. The only drawback was that in my case, the inside of the front seats looked dirty and had some stains, and on the outside, a molding on the side of a door was missing. I suppose it would be something anecdotal because all the vehicles I saw from this company there looked very good and well cared for.

Booked online, arrived at this office to be told (by the cleaner) it was closed. We called the helpline and were told that we had booked for a pickup in Purta Del Carmen.... when we explained we had a print out that said the pick up was for here they ignored us. In the end got the bus to the office at the ferry port in playa blanca, where they were expecting us. All told an hour of stress we could have done without.

Went to get our prebooked car, waiting in queue watched mint condition hire cars going out. Got our keys and OMG what an old dented Mokka X we had been given with nearly 70k miles. So many dents and scrapes, drove off and turned into the sun and I dont think the windscreen had ever been cleaned. Had to stop at first garage to clean it as it was not safe. Between 80-90kph it started shaking. So disappointed we handed it back a day early. Dont even get me started on the state of childrens booster seats.
