I signed the contract where the petrol tank was supposed to be filled up 3/4. The car arrived with 1/2 tank so it's already a scam. You don't fill it up to 3/4 then they will charge you extra 30 euro. Nice money they make on tourists !

Be careful! They rented me a trash car for 60EUR/day!!! The Air Conditioner doesn't work. The car is dirty and smells horrible. Lot of scratches, the steering wheel is completely damaged Very bad experience. I don't understand why they rent me this awful car. Our family was very disappointed and with the hot weather we had to shorten our visit.

Great experience! We were upgraded to a beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which was a very nice car to drive around! I compared the prices to other companies, and not only are Cabrera Medina's rates cheaper, they have a much larger fleet to choose from - be it a small compact car to sporty and luxurious cars. They also picked up the car from our hotel for free when the rental ended.

We rented a car last minute during our stay on Lanzarote. We were able to pick him up 2 hours later and when we were forced to stay longer on the island we could easily extend. The lady in the office spoke good English and was very friendly. The prices are a lot lower than those of the well-known car rental companies. The car looked fine.

The advantage is the dense branch network of Cabrera Medina and Cicar: Our Mokka had a problem with the engine cooling on the way to Mirador del Rio and without any problems, in a short time and taking into account the refueling of the old rental car, we received another car in Costa Teguise. Very exemplary Booked again after 06/20 in 06/22 and still recommended.

Terrible car rental. When we went to the office they wanted to charge us at a more expensive price than the website, selling it as if it were an offer and when we told them that that amount was not the one on the website they had to rectify it. The car was dirty, it had not been cleaned from the previous user and it was full of sand and smelled strongly of sweat. Which in this time of covid is unacceptable. We couldnt use the car that day for reasons beyond our control and they didnt help us at all. When we went to the office to see possible solutions, an Italian man greeted us speaking to us terribly without any respect. The price is the same as other nearby offices that have better cars and better service. If you want to rent with that company, I do not recommend that office at all. Lets complain.

Cuando fuimos a la oficina nos quisieron cobrar a un precio mas caro que la web, vendiendolo como si fuera una oferta y cuando le dijimos que esa cantidad no era la de la web tuvo que rectificar. El coche estaba sucio, no lo habian limpiado del anterior usuario y estaba lleno de arena y olia fuertemente a sudor. Que en esta epoca de covid es inaceptable. No pudimos usar el coche ese dia por causas ajenas a nosotros y no nos ayudaron en absoluto. Cuando fuimos a la oficina a ver posibles soluciones, nos atendio un hombre italiano hablandonos fatal sin nada de respeto. El precio es el mismo al de otras oficinas cercanas que tienen mejores coches y mejor servicio. Si quereis alquilar con esa compania, no recomiendo esa oficina en absoluto. Vamos a reclamar.
