From Sweden visiting Palma: I recently rented a car from AutHomar in Palma for the first time, and I must say, the experience was perfect. If you are in Palma, definitely book through AutHomar. Their service is top-notch, easily a 10/10. I unfortunately can't remember her name, but the blonde woman was incredibly helpful when we wanted to return the car a day early. Thanks to her assistance, the process was smooth. I will only be booking with AutHomar from now on in Mallorca. Once you book a car they will pick you up from the hotel and also leave you at the hotel when you leave the rental car.

We rent a fiat panda for a one week period. Honestly, I have rent a lot of cars throughout the years and always had a bad experience. (Additional costs, additional insurance, invented problems, long waiting time to get the car or you need to pay,...) However, this is the first time I am truly happy about a rental company, this is the best rental company you could find in Mallorca. We met the employee who was on time to retrieve the car on the airport parking. We paid, got to see the car and 10 minutes later we were already out of the airport. Concerning the check out we simply put the car in the airport parking with keys and parking ticket inside the car and we left. 30 minutes later we received a mail from the company saying that everything was ok. Simple and effective. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Perfect for Palma de Mallorca. Now at the end of April very good price for Clio station wagon (4 people with suitcase), all inclusive (fully comprehensive insurance without self-service, 2nd driver, no deposit, 20 surcharge for return outside core times) for 7 days only 370!! Payment by credit card Location, no advance payment. Communication by email and later on site via WhatsApp was very good. Pick up and drop off in the large parking garage opposite the terminal. Pick up 4th floor without waiting time!! (were the only ones), return on the 3rd floor. The car had a few problems (not so bad with fully comprehensive insurance without self-service), it had run 44,000 km. Drove without problems.

I rented a car from the provider through the hotel. Top service, I was picked up from the hotel and driven back to the hotel after dropping off. The prices are great, and automatic vehicles are also offered. If you take full insurance, you dont need to pay a deposit. I paid 150 for two days, nothing more. The tank was almost empty and was allowed to be returned empty. The car I rented was okay. I had an automatic and it mostly had challenges switching automatically. The ceiling lamp at the back of the seats fell down and the cable was hanging. Information about parking in Palma is also available. I think its really great. Employees speak English and even German, perfect :) Thank you.

Die Preise sind super, auch Automatik Fahrzeuge werden angeboten. Nimmt man Vollkakso, braucht man keine Kaution hinterlegen. Ich habe fur zwei Tage 150 bezahlt, mehr nicht. Der Tank war fast leer, er durfte auch wieder leer abgegeben werden. Das angemietete Auto was ich hatte, war okay. Ich hatte einen Automatik und dieser hatte meistens Herausforderungen, automatisch umzuschalten. Hinten bei den Sitzen ist die Deckenlampe runtergefallen, dann hing das Kabel. Aufklarung uber Parken in Palma erhalt man auch. Finde ich wirklich super. Mitarbeiter sprechen englisch und sogar deutsch, perfekt :) Vielen Dank.

We were surprised to have to add the price of parking to the rental rate. Absolute recommendation! We booked online after 7 p.m. and then still had questions. Searching for contact details was uncomplicated and our queries were answered immediately in a very friendly manner, even outside of office hours. The great service should also be highlighted: we were picked up from the hotel on time and taken to the rental station. The return was the same. Since the Mini we booked was unfortunately not available, we were offered an upgrade. But since we preferred a small car, we took a nice Fiat 500 and thus saved money. The prices are significantly lower than the usual car rental companies. Any time !

Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Wir hatten online nach 19:00 h gebucht und dann doch noch Ruckfragen gehabt. Unkomplizierte Suche nach Kontaktdaten und unsere Ruckfragen wurden umgehend sogar ausserhalb der Burozeiten super freundlich beantwortet. Ebenso hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service: wir wurden auf die Minute punktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und zur Verleihstation gebracht. Die Ruckgabe erfolgte genauso. Da der gebuchte Mini leider nicht zur Verfugung stand, bot man uns ein Upgrade an. Da wir aber ein kleines Auto bevorzugten, haben wir einen hubschen Fiat 500 genommen und somit auch noch Geld gespart. Wobei die Preise deutlich unter den gangigen Autovermietungen liegen. Jederzeit wieder !
