Hired via reception at Sea Club Mediterranean resort. No fuss, very simple after following the link to check-in online. Drove the car away after 5 mins following a pick up from the resort and left if for them to pick up at the resort the next day. Really simple, no stress. The contract with the car rental company and the key handover took 5 minutes. through. There were clear statements without additional clauses or other foolishness. When the car was returned, it was parked in the parking lot and the key was thrown into the mailbox. Thats how it should be. The only downside: the interior wasnt that clean. Still, thumbs up.

Bei der Ruckgabe wurde der Wagen auf Parkplatz abgestellt und der Schlussel in den Briefkasten geworfen. So sollte es sein. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Innenraum war nicht so sauber. Vehicle booked for two days at the hotel reception. The vehicle was brought to the hotel on time the next morning. Vehicle was clean and well maintained, tire tread was rather tight for Germany. On the first day we noticed that the locking/opening didnt always work and unfortunately the key didnt fit the lock. The problem was described to the hotel reception in the evening, a short phone call with the landlord, and a replacement vehicle was promised for the next day. And this vehicle also arrived on time, was also clean, well-maintained and had better tire tread. All good, four stars because the landlord could have changed it in advance with the wrong key

Fahrzeug war sauber und gepflegt, Reifenprofil fur Deutschland eher knapp. Am ersten Tag bemerkten wir das die Verriegelung/Offnen nicht immer funktionierte und der Schlussel leider nicht zum Schloss passte. Abends an der Hotelrezeption das Problem geschildert, kurzes Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, fur den nachsten Tag wurde ein Ersatzfahrzeug zugesagt. Und auch dieses Fahrzeug kam punktlich, war ebenfalls sauber, gepflegt und besseres Reifenprofil. Alles gut, vier Sterne weil das mit dem nicht passenden Schlussel hatte der Vermieter im Vorfeld andern konnen

We can fully recommend this car rental company. We booked our vehicle at the hotel with our tour guide. You could previously enter the data for your ID and driving license via a link provided, so that the contract was already ready was. We were able to easily add a second driver for a small additional charge. We were picked up from the hotel by the car rental company exactly on the agreed date and a few minutes later we had the keys in our hands. The car appeared to be very well maintained, both from the outside and from the inside. Return: Leave the key at the hotel reception - done. It couldnt be simpler.

Diese Autovermietung kann man uneingeschrankt weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten unser Fahrzeug im Hotel bei unserer Reiseleiterin gebucht. Man konnte vorher bereits uber einen bereit gestellten Link die Daten zu Ausweis und Fuhrerschein eingeben, so dass der Vertrag bereits vorgefertigt war. Einen zweiten Fahrer konnten wir problemlos gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis erganzen. Exakt zum vereinbarten Termin wurden wir von der Autovermietung im Hotel abgeholt und wenige Minuten spater hatten wir die Schlussel in der Hand. Das Auto machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, sowohl von aussen, als auch von innen. Ruckgabe: Schlussel in der Hotelrezeption abgeben - fertig. Unkomplizierter geht es nicht.

I rented a car for the 1st time ever from Autos Lagoon in Alcudia for 2 days on the 8th of August. I was very happy with the process from start to finish it was so easy. All I needed was a deposit of 10, my driving licence and passport. Filled out a quick form and the car was ready to go. I hired a small automatic car for 52 per day with full insurance and NO deposit. The car was spotlessly clean and very safe with good tires and brakes etc. The car was 10% full on hiring it and i was told to return it at the same level. I returned it with way more as I over estimated how much fuel we would use which is my mistake. Brilliant service would definitely use this company again

Comparatively cheap for the area. Car was sufficient, we took the smallest one (Fiat Panda), which wasnt a problem for 3 adults, even in the Mallorcan mountains. Average consumption 5.7L because hybrid. Booking was easy, communication was perfect.

The service was really good. The vehicle was handed over to us directly at the hotel. Due to the mountains and partly unpaved parking spaces, fully comprehensive insurance is a must and could be booked at a good rate. The vehicle had almost 29,000 km but was in very good condition, even though the oil service and AdBlue were immediately displayed as a warning, but that didnt cause any problems. We would definitely book here again.
