The limo was an incorrect location, claiming that they had called me 15min before to confirm location and I had not answered the phone. I had to fill out a document with all the pickup information. In the end you cant even take the balloons with you, and the photos are taken with your own cell phone, something that I would consider more of a favor than an experience for which they make you pay.

My experience today, after hiring and paying in advance for a service, they change it a few hours before what was agreed upon, in the end they force you to accept...then, oh my god, not even my car. The work is so dirty with what they charge the owner could at least have the vehicles in conditions crashed on all sides and not cared for both inside and out. Now I understand the reviews I thought it would be different but what a disappointment it doesnt meet expectations at all Im sorry But the truth is, I dont know. I recommend them. There are better ones in the community. I hope it helps you so that what I feel like on an important date doesnt happen to you. Total disappointment!!!!!

Very bad service. We hired him through another agency that gave them our plan and everything was terrible. They called us 5 minutes before to tell us that they had a flat tire in Guadalajara and that they wouldnt know when they could pick us up. We had to be ready to call to get it resolved. The plan was at 7 p.m. and after an hour and a half they ended up offering us another limousine (different type and color) at 10 p.m. On top of that, they arrived at 10:30 p.m., so we had to wait again, and at the end of the tour the music stopped working, the air wasnt working well either, and the windows didnt work.

Nos llamaron 5 minutos antes para decirnos que habian pinchado una rueda en Guadalajara y que no sabrian cuando podrian recogernos. Tuvimos que estar pendientes de llamar para que nos lo solucionaran. El plan era a las 19h y despues de una hora y media acabaron ofreciendonos otra limusina (diferente tipo y color) a las 22h de la noche. Encima llegaron a las 22:30h, por lo que tuvimos que estar esperando de nuevo, y al final del recorrido la musica dejo de funcionar, el aire tampoco iba bien y las ventanillas no funcionaban.

We rescheduled for 3 hours later and they arrived 30 minutes later in an old limousine, no air conditioning, very bad audio. The tour was 45 minutes, not 60 minutes, which was what we had paid for. In the end we decided to leave early and not continue. Very bad experience. Not recommended. Terrible service.
