Ha sido todo muy facil tanto con la sucursal de Pinto como con la compania. Hubo un error con la disponibilidad de la furgo que reserve y rapidamente me buscaron una solucion ofreciendome otra con caracteristicas similares. La devolucion fue fuera de horario laboral y sin ningun problema. La devolucion de fianza la hicieron el lunes a primera hora tras una llamada para saber que todo habia ido bien. Sin duda repetiria con ellos.

Muy bueno el servicio, rapido y eficiente. !!!El coche estuvo super bien!!! a la hora de devolver el coche estabamos fuera de horario laboral, pero fue sencillo, se deja el coche aparcado y las llaves se dejan un buzon!!! La relacion costo beneficio es muy buena, era un coche de lujo con 7 plazas, fue perfecto!!!!!

Reservo con 48h de antelacion y pago el 100% de la reserva mas un seguro, con 24h anulo la reserva y me dicen que no me devuelven el dinero porque no he anulado con 48h de antelacion. Como voy a anular con 48h si reserve en ese plazo. El caso, el coche les quedo libre, y cobraron mi alquiler. Mala politica. A su contestacion, es totalmente falso que me hayan ofrecido disponer de esa reserva en otra fecha. Si ahora es asi lo acepto y estoy dispuesto a modificar la valoracion de la resena.

Buen trato, facilidad y rapidez tanto a la hora de recogerlo, como al entregarlo. No habia llegado el coche que yo reserve y me ofrecieron otro superior sin ningun coste adicional.

A sido una verguenza alquilar en esta compania se a llevado la ilusion de las vacaciones familiares y mucho peor las vacaciones de unos ninos desilusionados con sus primeras vacaciones ya que nos quedamos sin coche para poder viajar , os cuento: una reserva con un mes de antelacion,me mandan un sms un dia antes para recoger el vehiculo y cuando llego a la puerta esta cerrada yamo y me informan que no podra hacerse efectiva esa reserva, vergonzoso y sin opcion de alquilar en ningun lado ya que en esta epoca estan agotados en todos lados. No recomiendo en absoluto...
