He leido muchas resenas negativas pero mi experiencia en particular ha sido de 10. Alquile un coche por menos de dos euros, lo recogi en Pinto donde me atendio un caballero muy amable, lo devolvi en Albacete donde me atendieron igual de bien. Me entregaron un coche practicamente nuevo y en perfecto estado y muy limpio y el dinero de la fianza (200EUR) me aparecio en mi cuenta en dos dias. Volveria a repetir sin duda.

I rented a car for less than two euros, I picked it up in Pinto where a very friendly gentleman looked after me, I returned it in Albacete where they looked after me just as well. They gave me a practically new car, in perfect condition and very clean, and the deposit money (EUR200) appeared in my account in two days. I would repeat without a doubt.

Fuimos a alquilar un coche y nos dieron un precio de 298EUR+250 de fianza. Ademas tenian una franquicia de 1500EUR. Dijimos que ok. Y mientras estabamos haciendo la reserva subio a 307. Sin terminar de hacer la reserva subio a 337!! Alucine y no cogimos el coche. Fuimos a Avis que tiene mejor servicio y todo mas claro.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Despues de casi un mes de devolver el coche no me han devuelto los 200EUR de fianza. Echan balones fuera constantemente y culpan a los bancos pero el caso es que no me la devuelven. El coche se entrego perfectamente y no hubo ninguna pega en la entrega. Me parece un abuso que se queden con mi dinero tanto tiempo.

Buen coche y servicio rapido. Solo una salvedad...te genera dudas entregar el vehiculo a traves del buzon con las llaves y mas estando en un poligono con poca gente (siendo festivo y cerrado todo). Lo entrego con algo mas de 3/8 del deposito de gasolina. Lo recogi con 3/8, dato que figura en el contrato....A las 14,28 entregue el vehiculo. ARRP.

A horrible company, they are scammers, I went a day before to ask because I didnt know what requirements I needed and they didnt inform me that I needed a year old license, the guy told me and insisted on the prices that were on offer to reserve quickly and didnt tell me anything about the license. When I went to pick up the van, they did not give it to me for that reason. After making several complaints and calls, they told me that they were not going to return any of the 235 that I paid... I feel totally scammed. They are 100% thieves.

No me dan una solucion, y simplemente saben echar balones fuera echando la culpa o al banco o a mi como cliente, ya que su companero que hizo la gestion no pudo hacerlo mal porque lleva muchisimos anos en la empresa, palabras textuales.... Me parece que la atencion hacia los clientes es nefasta, intentando echar la culpa a los mismos cuando no han hecho bien su trabajo, pues la retencion la han hecho de 2 meses... No devolverian el dinero hasta el 1 de agosto, me parece inaudito... Os recomiendo que jamas vayais a esta empresa a alquilar ningun coche, pues en cualquier otro sitio os atenderan mejor y con mas empatia que aqui

BE CAREFUL!!// ENTERPRISE PINTO (C/ GARZA) SOME SCAMMERS. We had a reservation with the company Enterprise (address we show you below), for a class B vehicle, through our insurance company MAPFRE due to a breakdown in our vehicle, and the company ENTERPRISE has not been able to manage it. They provided us with a C class vehicle. The reservation was for 5 days, and in the end we had to cancel it due to poor management (in addition to the time spent for nothing). They made us call the company again in front of them and with the hands-free system so that they could explain to them that they did not even decide the make and model of the vehicle, and that of course they could not change a class B for a class C, and that we had a reservation for a B class vehicle. Despite intervening even with the company, and clarifying that the reservation had a generic classification dictated by the DGT, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE IT, and they asked us not only for the deposit of 200e, but also for AN EXTRA if we wanted a vehicle in which all the passengers could enter (I was accompanied by my husband and 3 of my children, one of them with a disability and serious illness, something that did not seem to matter when they provided me with one of the smallest cars available. With all this it is clear to me that the company scams its clients, and that this extra that they take is given by the need for a vehicle (in most cases they abuse the need). Lets hope that the large insurance companies listen to us and relieve them or change them to other more effective Rent a Cars and that they do not try to SCAM the client. Vehicle classification is not something specific to Enterprise or insurance companies. For this classification there is a Royal Decree published in the BOE in the general vehicle regulations 2822/1998, of December 23 Reference: BOE-A-1999-1826), which we cannot ignore or manipulate, and this is where you should intervene as OMIC. I will extend my claim where necessary, in addition to sending the OMIC a copy of our formal claim in the company.

Teniamos una reserva en la empresa Enterprise (direccion que le mostramos mas abajo), para un vehiculo de clase B, a traves de nuestra compania de seguros MAPFRE por averia en nuestro vehiculo, y la empresa ENTERPRISE no ha sabido gestionarlo. Nos facilitaban un vehiculo de clase C. La reserva era de 5 dias, y al final hemos tenido que cancelarla por una mala gestion (ademas del tiempo invertido para nada). Nos han hecho llamar de nuevo a la compania delante de ellos y con el manos libres para que estos les explicasen que ni decidian la marca y modelo del vehiculo, y que por supuesto no podian cambiar una clase B por una clase C, y que teniamos una reserva para un vehiculo de clase B. A pesar de intervenir hasta la compania, y aclararles que la reserva tenia una clasificacion generica que dicta la DGT, NO HAN SIDO CAPACES DE RESOLVERLO, y nos pedian no solo la fianza de 200e, sino tambien UN EXTRA si queriamos un vehiculo en el que poder entrar todos los pasajeros (me acompanaba mi marido y 3 de mis hijos, una de ellos con discapacidad y enfermedad grave, algo que no parecia importar cuando me facilitan uno de los coches mas pequenos disponibles. Con todo esto me queda claro, que la empresa estafa a sus clientes, y que ese extra que se llevan viene dado por la necesidad de un vehiculo (en la mayoria de los casos abusan de la necesidad). Esperemos que las grandes companias aseguradoras nos hagan caso y les releven o cambien por otros Rent a Car mas efectivos y que no intenten ESTAFAR al cliente. La clasificacion de vehiculos no es algo propio de Enterprise ni de las companias aseguradoras. Para esta clasificacion existe un Real Decreto publicado en el BOE en el reglamento general de vehiculos 2822/1998, de 23 de diciembre Referencia: BOE-A-1999-1826), que no podemos obviar ni manipular, y es aqui donde deberiais intervenir como OMIC. Extendere mi reclamacion donde haga falta, ademas de hacer llegar a la OMIC la copia de nuestra reclamacion formal en la compania.
