Buen trato y amabilidad, alquile una furgoneta para hacer una mudanza y cuando estaba acabando vino un tarado y se llevo el retrovisor, tuve que hacer un parte y me dijo que tenia que retener la fianza hasta que aprobaran el parte , entiendo que por toda la desconfianza que crean los impresentables con los que tendran que tratar, el hombre llego hablo conmigo y quedo todo cerrado, muchas gracias por el trato y por alquilarme una furgoneta cuando Nadie tenia por la fecha que era , si tengo que volver alquilar otra vez volvere sin duda alguna,

Auto oli puhas, probleeme polnud, okonoomne (Opel Signia) aga valjas palju kraapse. Kuigi meile saadeti fotod vigastustest whats appi, puuti auto tagastamisel meid suudistada vanade vigastuste tekitamises. Nad peaks ise suvenema enne neisse fotodesse kui suudistavad. Jaime endale kindlaks ja saime deposiidi tagasi. Kindlasti tehke ka ise pildid auto vastuvotmisel! Teenindus ja kontor rapane ja auto uleandmine suvaline. Kiidame nooremat naisterahvast kontorist kes meid teenendas, tema oli vaga asjatundlik, kiire ja sobralik, tervitusi talle!
The car was clean, there were no problems, but the economical one (Opel Signia) had a lot of scratches on the outside. The service and office are dirty and the handover of the car is arbitrary. A la furgoneta de alquiler no le funciona el aire acondicionado (su excusa es que se rompe a menudo y ya no lo arreglan, siendo un taller me sorprende esta respuesta), nunca me llego el documento del estado de la furgoneta y les parecio bien mandarme a repostar 5EUR porque consideraban que la aguja no estaba exactamente como cuando la cogi. Por lo demas bien (la fianza la devuelven al momento)

Car quality was ok, clean inside. No problem with any formality or child seats. Polite and communicative people. 350EUR deposit is new for me, but seems that this is something common around here. Paid the deposit with card and got it back few minutes after returning the car.

Me robaron 265EUR de los 350EUR de fianza que deje por una raspada minuscula que nunca arreglaran al igual que las otras que ya tenia cuando la alquile. La valoracion que hicieron fue fraudulenta sin ninguna factura de un perito y me dijeron que si queria hacer una tasacion oficial eran 90EUR mas IVA para asustarme y que en vez de recuperar 85EUR de mi dinero perderia todo y poner yo mas dinero. Ladrones que viven de robar las fianzas. No se os ocurra alquilar nada a esta gentuza.
They stole EUR265 of the EUR350 deposit I left for a tiny scratch that was never fixed like the others I already had when I rented it. The valuation they made was fraudulent without any invoice from an expert and they told me that if I wanted to do an official appraisal it would be EUR90 plus VAT to scare me and that instead of recovering EUR85 of my money I would lose everything and put in more money. Thieves who make a living by stealing bail bonds. Don't even think about renting anything to these people.
