I cannot recommend this car hire! We already paid everything and just wanted to pick up our car at 11:00. There was a huge line in front of the building and we had to wait 2 hours until we got our car. Everyone in the line had already paid and just wanted to pick up the car. We just had the car for 2 days and with the unexpected waiting of 2 hours, we could not use the car as planned. After the holiday I even got an invoice for 63,80 Euro because this station is only open until 12:00 and we got our car after this time, but this is not our fault! The invoice was cancelled from Europcar shortly after, but instead of sending an invoice, they should at least say sorry oder even refund a bit of our payment because we couldn't use the car as planned.
Worst rental experience in my life. I am a very experienced Europcar customer with privilege status. Our experience here was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Absolute worst customer service. We had a reservation and prepaid online, nevertheless we waited for 2h in the burning heat of mallorca (after 1h30min we made it inside the tiny office). The Kids seat we reserved they obviously didn't had and gave me an infant seat instead, obviously it didn't fit my 7 year old kid that waited with me the whole time. I had to drag the wrong child seat to the car that was parked a 5min walk away (obviously the car sat there in the blasting sun). We then installed the seat and proved that it was too small. Went back to the office and exchanged to a booster seat. Wouldn't recommend this place for sure!!

Service was dire. Given a piece of paper and told to come back in the morning. Thankfully didn't pay anything. Walked down the road and there was another place a lot cheaper and much more accommodating who delivered the car to our hotel.
Reservation was cancelled two day before pick up date without noticing. Nobody in customer support able to restore the booking. Will use an attorney to claim the extra cost for a new car and never book Europcar again!
Worst experience ever! Don't waste your time there The service was awful. We were picked up from our hotel and the man drove over speed limit and dangerously. He was so rude and unfriendly. When a problem occurred he got impatient immediately, didn't even try to figure it out and basically wanted us to leave as soon as possible. He was extremely unfriendly while speaking and muttered sentences in Spanish even though he knew we didn't understand it. Such service is unacceptable. Don't waste your time and money there!! There are other rental services with better prices, too. Also in front of the store there were people already waiting over 1 hour before a closed door even though it should have been within the opening hours. I haven't had such a bad experience with a service provider in years!!! I would give zero stars if that would be possible.
The experience was not that good from the beginning, based on the service, but became better as they gave me smart for four automatic instead of ordered nissan micro manual. The price you pay on the website does not include any kind of insurance, the deal is only between europcar and lessee, so if something happens you should pay. They propose an insurance which was 35 euros a day for me.
I made a reservation on their website for 145 euro's. However when arriving at the office, they had no interest in my reservation number and asked all information all over again. The man showed me a hand written note for a total amount of more than 800 euro's! Friendlyness went sour real quick when I protested. The man's understanding of english seemed to get worse by the minute. I was told that I needed to pay at least 180 euro extra, otherwise I would be driving around without insurance. The man at the desk ended by commenting: "But not my problem, I don't care if you don't want insurance." Going over the reviews here, it turns out that I am not the first person to have an experience like this.
