We went here with the family and the service was amazing. The offered us Coffee & Cacao the staff was friendly and they gave us an upgrade for a better price. We will definitely choose sixt here again.

everything is perfect, the customer service is good, the cars are clean, the selection is large, the prices are okay, but the only problem is that because I am 19 years old, I was added to the price, which confuses me, and the choice of cars is much smaller due to the fact that I am 19 years old.
I did an online booking 2 days ago and when I arrived to pick up the car it was not possible with my Kuwaiti digital license! The lady was kind with us to be honest but as a costumer services call center I called 3 times to cancel the reservation and get a refund each time they tell me it's not cancelled and they are canceling it now. I STILL DIDN'T GET THE CANCELLATION EMAIL OR THE REFUND.
Everything was as it should be. Collecting the vehicle was made extremely easy by the staff member and the facilities.

The entire rental experience was fantastic from start to finish! The two young ladies at the location were knowledgeable & patient. They we're able to almost match my reservation cost, from the airport, which was a lot further and time, consuming, & costly to get to. I was also to easily extend my rental, by a day, which was incredibly helpful and well so the cost. The return process was quick and easy and once again, one of the same young ladies was helpful in getting us directions and train times to the train station. Excellent customer service and experience!!! Thank you!
