Mi experiencia muy mala. Pides informacion por telefono para alquilar un coche y te dicen un precio , luego cuando vas a recogerlo resulta que falta esto y lo otro y te cuesta el triple. Me he sentido estafada . Nunca volvere.
My very bad experience. You ask for information by phone to rent a car and they tell you a price, then when you go to pick it up it turns out that this and that is missing and it costs you three times as much. I have felt cheated. I will never return.

We use Enterprise everywhere in Europe, including this branch all the time.So far we had great experience here.We had vans from them multiple times and the boys were great every time.. UNTIL TODAY Today we had to deal with the most arrogant, incompetent, rude and ignorant woman i have ever seen in our 4 year experience with Enterprise. First of all,we have a company account and we use Enterprise all over Spain.We had a booking for a van today,which we made around a week ago.Up on arrival today the lady(tall lady with glasses,i didn't get her name) did everything in her power to completely ruin our day and made a whole bunch of excuses not to give us the van we booked. Excuse Number 1: The van you booked is 2 hours away!!! Excuse Number 2: To my colleague:You are too young to drive a van(Even though we had vans from them before without any issues???) Excuse Number 3: To me:You can't have the van,because you have British Driving licence and Bulgarian ID(Even though i had a van from the same branch 6 weeks ago???) Then i asked her just to type in my Driving licence number (This is what all of her colleagues do) just to see that it's a company account and all our rental history shows up. SHE TYPED IN MY BULGARIAN NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER INSTEAD AND REPLIED:NOTHING SHOWS UP????? At this moment we were supposed to be on a job with a client in Valencia. The summary of the day:3 hours delay,no van,upset customer and us working until midnight to catch up. We will keep using Enterprise because one bad experience can't ruin 4 years partnership, next time we book a van with this branch, if i see this lady i know for a fact i will walk out of that door and go to Sixt down the road to get my job done. I don't know who runs this branch (according to the rude lady,she is the manager) ,but if you care about your business as much as we do about ours,you should send her around the back to wash the vans at best.As far away from customer service as possible!!!
Staff at Paterna rental is just absolutely horrendous. I have arrived to pick up my rental @11. Sales rep Anna, was dealing with another customer, after which she was just chatting and giggling with 5 men. There was no professionalism. I was standing there for 45 minutes, waiting for someone to assist me. Once she was so "kind" noticing me, another circus started. I am a regular customer, I have my customer number and my details are on the system. prior to arriving to pick up my rental, I used an app and completed a online check in. Despite that, I was required to provide my passport, driving licence, credit card.. Why the hell, do you then giving the option to check in on line, if you demanding all documents at the counter anyway? I was lucky, I brought my passport with me, otherwise I would've walked away with no car and no money. Anna could not explain to my, why she needs my passport, if I did check in online. She just pointed me to terms & conditions. After all that ordeal, I picked up a car only around 12:30. However, on my return, I was informed that I have to pay extra day, as I have returned car "2hours" later. Nobody wanted to listen to the fact, that car was given an hour and a half later, the only view was, when I requested car - 11am. I was told, that this was the time when rental was open. There was absolutely no point to prove their fault, as the only thing they can point me, once again was terms and conditions. I was a regular customer of enterprise, but this was my last time I used them. I will never come back to them and will discourage others of using them. Stay away from Enterprise.
